The worst stay ever!!! The room smelled like a million cats had urinated on the carpet… pet hair sticking to my clothes Offered a room at an EXTRA charge where there MIGHT NOT have had pets no guarantee 🤬. This is not acceptable even if it is a pet friendly hotel …. If you can’t stand pet odors this is not the place to stay…. Not a housekeeping issue hotel seemed clean

Only thing was a wash rag left behind from previous guests. No biggie. The service was amazing!! Especially the young lady at night. So wonderful

The sheets were old and maybe not even washed as they felt itchy to the skin. Had to ask for blankets and sheets for sofa bed to accommodate my son.

The only bad thing was that the beds were so small and they were reserved for 5 people and there was only room for one person in each bed.

Certainly a place to stop at if you are in the Middle of Colorado. There are hidden gems especially by the Arkansar River.

Not a clean hotel in the slightest. Needles in grass around hotel so if you bring dogs be careful.

Great service from the young lady working who checked us in after 24 straight hours of driving. Easy to find, easy to get to our destination the next day, room was clean, breakfast was hot!

Breakfast limited, poor! Tub not draining properly, Bed linens seemed dirty, found long hair under bedspread cover. Key card deactivated and had to reset on second day. Iron not working. Will never stay there again!
