Room was very nice,bed comfy, late night staff was amazing with a situation we had.
I was not happy about finding a large baby toy under the skirt of the bedding and several reciepts for the restaurant across the street and dated different weeks. Makes me wonder about the cleaning staff. .

We booked this hotel before a family member had a procedure at the hospital down the street. The hotel was clean, quiet, and late-night check-in was a breeze. Special thanks to Jerrie at the front desk for being so friendly and speedy, we were ready for bed! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were fine, the only thing I'd say could use improvement is the pillows. They were quite small for a king-sized bed and very lumpy!

We checked in late at 8:30 pm so we received the last king size room according to the manager. Room 116 turned out to be a handicap accessible room. The ADA room was not the issue. The shower hose arm did not work. The adjustable spray arm should’ve clipped in up top but kept falling down and sprayed the wall, and the adjustable bracket only rose 4ft. So to take a shower you had to hold the spray arm and wash off. The ADA grab bars stuck out so far it reduced standing rub in the bathtub. Seems like a true ADA accessible room should’ve had a roll in shower. The closet only had one hang bar rack that was so low so clothes touched the ground, there should’ve been another rod above it. We booked 2 nights but checked out at 2pm because of the sub-par shower. The spray arm set-up needs to be fixed. The clerk said he’d speak to the manager about a partial refund but never heard back.

Hotel was clean however, the entire hotel along with the room, has a strong fragrance smell…not good for anyone with allergies.
