One star for good aircon , one for Wi-Fi nothing for the rest . Our room was on the ground floor, almost like a cell . There was one small window very high up , and a window onto the hall ( which obviously had to have blinds on ). Room was tiny , no safe , no hairdryer, no real room for cases . Bed was hard, insufficient bed covers and lots of noise from corridor. Shower was cold . Cold drinking water in reception, breakfast basic but ok in a nice setting on the roof . Located close to town but not much else going for it . Avoid if you can. In fairness we didn’t really see any other different looking accommodation on San Cristobal so maybe this is the norm. Best don’t spend much time there and sample all the other delights the island has to offer.

Very outdated place. The bathroom sink was not attached to the base and kept tipping. Shower was ok. Very loud party in the bar next door. Went on till 2:00 am. The walls backed on to it. No sleep that night. Breakfast was ok. Would not return or recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. My main concern was hot water. It’s so difficult to find places with hot water so that was a win for me, (I can’t deal with cold water, I don’t care what system it is; as long as my water is nice hot) My room was very cozy and comfortable and most importantly: super clean. Everything was spotless and the aroma of freshness linens was what I needed at the end of my day. The staff was very well trained, beautiful customer service. The location is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. exactly what I needed. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Galapagos Planet for Making my stay so pleasant.

Among the amazing things of the hotel, I highlight the incredible view from the rooftop, comfy and spacious rooms, and the kindest staff ever that help us with any request we had. We had a great time enjoying the island while having peace of mind that a clean and tranquil hotel was waiting for us to relax!

Great overall experience! Central location, staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. But it is Galapagos here for the nature! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

We loved the breakfast, the location is pretty convenient close to the airport and pier. Our stay was comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they explained very well all the island’s spots and how to reach them. I really recommend it.

Lo recomiendo 100% Estuvimos con mi familia de vacaciones en esta hermosa isla, fueron muy buenos anfitriones y la atención fue excelente, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a colaborar en todo momento, las instalaciones son muy agradables, esta bien equipado, es un lugar muy familiar y propicio para estar con los niños , cuenta con un rooftop que tiene una vista maravillosa de la isla y la ubicación es excelente, es un lugar muy seguro. En cuanto a la comida sus desayunos son muy ricos. También te ayudan con la recomendación de planes para hacer en la isla, recomiendo visitar Galapaguera, se ven unas tortugas increíbles para disfrutar en familia y la playa puerto chino es de las mejores. Muchas gracias por la experiencia!

La experiencia fué muy agradable, fuimos unos días de vacaciones en familia y realmente superaron las expectativas. Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas, el personal es bastante amable y una de las cosas que más nos gustó es la grandiosa vista del rooftop, sin duda los visitaré cuando volvamos.
