Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Great location! Even though I understand that they do not have TVs in the rooms so you can enjoy the island more, I do like to watch TV before I sleep at night so I would change that. But otherwise, excellent choice!

Staff was very helpful and did extra to ensure my phone wasn’t lost as I toured outside. AC wasn’t working and we got an extra room to sleep in late at night. Thanks for the help.

Instalaciones viejas, la habitación olía a desagüe, sucio.. y atención pésima, el personal no era atento y parecía que todo les molestaba.. cero en atender al cliente.. la comida mala, desayunos escasos..

Decent breakfast included. Jacuzzi was useful for sore back, though heater was not available. Nice size rooms. Did not change bed sheets during entire stay of 6 days. Not great hot water for shower. Effective AC.
