This was a nice place in the center of puerto Colombia, the pool and facilities are great. The photos do look a little nicer than in person, as the rooms and facilities are a little old. Overall a great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is fine for the price,location is great just bring earplugs for the weekend as the music around the hotel is LOUD.

The staff is amazing! The food is ok but I think they should update food menu and more SMILES in the service too! I was very exited about Las hamacas y no las pude disfrutar estaban en malas condiciones y hacia mucho sol! Very dissapointed. Guy's please check this out....I am sure you can improve all of this thing !

El hotel necesita más mantenimiento. Mucho ruido. No tiene elevador (No cómodo para personas con problemas de movilidad). No entregaron las botellas de agua que según la app eran free.

El servicio de la recepción fue rápido,la habitación no es lanquenmoatraeon en la reserva ,fea y olía a guardado a viejo ,m dijeron que tenía un teléfono para comunicarnos con la recepción pero no la tenía ,las camas viejas ,el color la pared rayada en general la habitación no fue lo que esperábamos . Por otro lado el resto del hotel fue muy agradable ,pasamos un momento estupendo en el restaurante bar de la piscina y tiene un mirador fantastico.El desayuno muy pobre ,creo que pueden agregarle fruta o jugo ,más variedad ,solo huevo y pan y nos hizo falta la terraza con hamacas que tenían antes ,ese era un bien espacio para descansar . Mejoren la habitación con nuevas camas y pintura y un buen ambientador que se vea agradable y den ganas de quedarse más tiempo .

Luego de alojarme decidi leer las opiniones y coincido en que el hotel es muy ruidoso, cuando llegue pedi cambiarme a una habitación mas aislada de la calle de los estaderos, y me asignaron a una en la cual su ventana daba a una caja de aire con varias unidades de aires acondicionados, esto hacia que la habitación tuviese ruido constante por ellos, pero esto era mas soportable que el ruido de los estaderos, situacion que se le sale de las manos al hotel, pero si podria. Trabajar en insonorizar sus ventanas, el personal fue muy amable y formal, las terrazas en mi concepto, lo mejor del hotel, el desayuno es pertinente al precio exigido, el nivel de aseo muy bueno, el precio y relacion con lo ofertado tiene criterio. Los mismos trabajadores me dijeron que el hotel era ameno en dias de semana, pero en fines de semana era muy ruidoso, no presencie ninguna incomodidad mas que la del ruido. Lo recomendaría, pero con esas precauciones.. espero volver y se haya mitigado un poco ese problema.

Los cuartos chiquitos, la cama estrecha. El baño parece de motel no de hotel. El ruido de la calle es horrible. Es un sitio donde no puedes descansar. Le pedí hielo al barman en la parte de arriba y me lo dio con la mano sucia. Tienen una pequeña piscina imposible de meterse si hay 4 personas. Realmente este lugar no lo recomiendo.
