Мне понравится отель с красивым садом и бассейном . Удобное местоположение , до пляжа идти 20 минут . Доброжелательный персонал . Минус отеля :вайфай работает с перебоями . В полупансион входит: завтрак и ужин ＜шведский стол . Завтра с 7 до 10. Ужин с 16.00-21.00. Нас с мужем двух разового питание было достаточно . Спокойное место, что делает отдых комфортным . В целом мы остались очень довольны!

Misérable chambre attribuée à l'arrivée (1217-voir photos), changée après réclamation.. Salle à manger bruyante, style cantoche, on se nourrit à minima au restaurant, choix entre une viande (steak haché façon mac do, saucisse (la francfort est un délice à côté) ou un poisson, fait pour les gros mangeurs pas regardants... Bar aussi bruyant que le restaurant, siège inconfortables (plastique dur, style IKEA), les musiciens et chanteurs qui s'y produisent sont dans une caisse de résonance... Belle piscine chauffée, mais les transats (usagés) sont sur de la terre plus que sur de la pelouse.. Assez loin du centre. Par contre bel environnement, belle végétation.. Personnel impeccable, rien à dire sur la propreté des chambres. Pseudo "all inclusive", 10% de la carte du bar, je conseille le spritz maison !!! Bouteille d'eau (30cl) payante (1€20)..

Les photos des chambres ne correspondent pas du tout à celles du site Web !!! Les nôtres sentaient le moisi et les remontées d'égouts, obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes jour et nuit ! fenêtres cassées, les meubles désuets et abimés, basique aucune décoration... bref chambres à rénover urgemment car pas digne d'un 4****. la literie était bonne. Sinon l'hôtel est bien situé (mais pas à 500m du centre ville!!!), personnel sympathique, le buffet est garni et bon, le cadre est très joli, l'hôtel est au calme.

Currently staying at this hotel friendly staff rooms spotless food for breakfast and dinner good excellent choice pool and gardens very clean and well maintained .When I checked in at midnight I received s welcome pack which had sandwiches water fruit and a snack which was unexpected but thoughtful. They do a drinks package for 14 euros per day which is well worth it great value. They run a shuttle bus to the town centre as it is about 30 minutes walk away. I would definitely be back to stay here

Servicio exquisito, personal de 10, pero a las instalaciones le hacen falta una actualización. Se nota el paso de los años. A pesar que el personal se esfuerza al 100% para tapar las deficiencias, se le notan los años. El buffet ESPECTACULAR, y repito, el personal por encima del 10.

A éviter vraiment déçu les chambres très mal insonorisées accessoires toilette le minimum juste produit douche et shampooing , transfert aéroport nul en car avec des autres hôtels donc beaucoup de temps perdu et atterrissage tennerife sud mais le pire c est le buffet une honte et beaucoup de personne ne de mon avis.

Great service Good location Poor food. Compared to other hotels the set up is superbe. Nested in gardens the hotel is composed of several low buildings. Knowing local challenges like low wages, the service was excellent even friendly on occasions. Excellent independent massage business in the premises. Parts of the communal spaces like corridors look very dated with exhausted carpet. The Hotel caters for inclusive and the food while being abundant was non descriptive, I made the wrong decision by booking half board. I still don't know why small bed sheets were lay simply on the top of each other to make the bed .... it felt like sleeping between table clothes.... The house alcohols should be avoided at all cost.

Après avoir vu les commentaires j'étais pas très rassuré mais comme j'aime juger de moi-même j'ai constaté que les gens râlent pour rien les chambres étaient très propres le jardin on n'en parle pas magnifique pas la peine d'aller voir le jardin botanic celui de l'hôtel est supérieur les gens se plaignent de mal manger moi j'ai réussi à faire une assiette tous les jours et je mangeais jamais la même chose c'est les dessert que j'ai pas trop accroché petit déj très copieux dommage qu'il y avait pas des vrais jus d'orange autrement c'était parfait !!!! Mais il y a une chose qui est pas normal c'est quand on dit qu'on part dans un hôtel animé par ôclub les jeunes ils sont très gentils ils font avec les moyens du bord car ils ont pas grand-chose pour pouvoir animer mais malgré tout ils sont présents et nous font passer des moments agréables tout ça pour dire que j'ai passé une bonne semaine juste le dernier jour la machine à café ne marche pas j'ai demandé au bar de la piscine en expresso le serveur pas très agréable en râlant il m'a quand même fait un café mais il va falloir qu'il soit un peu plus à l'écoute avec les clients mais dans l'ensemble à part deux trois ils sont sympa mais aussi être un peu plus attentionné avec les Français malgré tout un hôtel que je recommande
