When I booked I checked on the reviews and I have to say that the hotel is very friendly.all the staff are happy to help the room was well laid out and cleaned every day.the decor of the hotel was nice clean.the food was nice when I eat

The hotel staff is truly exceptional, it is the most important asset. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom very narrow. The restaurant is simple but good.

Booked a room for a family of 4, arrived at reception to be told its 2 rooms joint, this was not the case, it was 2 separate rooms, told by reception there is nothing else available. One of the rooms smelt so bad of sewerage, made worse every time we used water. We found out later on there were plenty of rooms available. The water damage in the room was shocking, doors rotten ceilings half plastered, obviously been flooded. Fridge un usable as freezer compar**ent door was missing so leaked. Food was very very basic and very cold. Arcades for the kids were faulty, calling the poor bar staff every 15 mins as another euro was stuck, they finally gave up and put out of order labels on everything. 1 tall barman with a Barcelona tattoo was lovely and a receptionist with glasses also along with the barmaid. The entertainment was dead, around 10 people total there. This is a 3 star hotel but would still except far more. ROOM 602/603

Awful, steer clear. Bed bugs, food is terrible, Both pool tables and air hockey broken. Evening entertainment is live music, boring and repetitive. Upon complaining, we were told hotel full so we could not be moved, however after showing them bites from bed bugs they miraculously found a room. The hotel was not full. We complained to Easyjet because we were not getting anywhere with the staff. 3 days later and still awaiting some contact from the hotel.

The staff here, from managers to cleaners, are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the old area of town and a good beach. I wouldn’t care to stay again though as the fabric of the hotel is so worn out and shabby. We like self catering for the freedom it gives us but the kitchenette was so tiny and impractical as to be useless.

The hotel was terrible, we had to change rooms because it was full of ants and there were also cockroaches, the guy at reception gave us another room, we went to see it and there was a large puddle of water in the refrigerator and in the end he gave us another one than that one It was a little better, it was the last option but if that room hadn't been there, we would have had to stay in one of the other two... I don't know how they can give rooms like that.... Of course, the guy who gave us The service was super nice, but the hotel should do a good clean in the rooms.....
