Acabamos de volver de nuestra estancia de 4 noches en Sol Costa Atlantis, y qué decir que el hotel es fantástico! El staff es super atento y amable, a destacar Víctor de recepción, así como Alex y Begoña del restaurante, que fueron muy atentos y agradables y siempre nos saludaban con una sonrisa. Elegimos una habitación con vistas al mar, sin duda inmejorable, servicio de limpieza también genial y todo estaba muy bien cuidado. Sin duda pensamos volver pronto, gracias al equipo humano del hotel que hace que un buen hotel se convierta en un hotel TOP!!

Hotel muy bien situado, con una cocina espectacular. Todos los platos estaban riquísimos, con muy buena presentación como se puede ver en las fotos, y bastante abundante. El personal es muy profesional y agradable. Totalmente recomendable.

Personnel au top (aimable, souriant, poli, serviable). Piscine : très bien, très propre. Hall de l'hôtel : très joli et accueillant. Chambre : vieillotte, vétuste. Dommage qu'elle n'ait pas les qualités nommées au par avant ( parquet cassé, fauteuils en velors très usés, décoration dun autre âge). Linge propre heureusement.Et le ménage n'est pas d'une grande rigueur. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour se balader dans Puerto de la Cruz. La station de bus est à 20 minutes à pied. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour dormir.

The hotel is in a good position and the staff are friendly. However there isn't a lot of space around the pool and there isn't much atmosphere in the bar or general areas. Charging €15 per day to park and €4 for use of a room safe is excessive

I am now on my 3rd visit this year with another 3 booked, can't keep me away. I love this hotel, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms great, food such a variety, location superb, whole hotel just fantastic. Can't wait to get back, infact I have literally 2 days to go and for me it's just like Christmas being early. Sol Costa Atlantis thank you for a beautiful stay every time, you are my home from home, love you. People please book this hotel I know you will love it just as much as I do and also a hands up to all the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners, you are fantastic.

Hotel 4 stelle, un po datato ma tenuto bene. Stanza ampia e pulita, non pulitissima, gli asciugamani venivano cambiati regolarmente. La colazione a buffet come del resto la cena è molta abbondante e internazionale, la qualità dei prodotti appena sufficienti, i cibi italiani da evitare lo stesso per i dolci. Bella la piscina anche se dal lettino spesso si sentiva un forte odore di gas di scarico, forse la via dove transitano le auto e troppo vicina. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, non siamo stati male è stata una piacevole vacanza, mi sarei aspettato più qualità nel cibo offerto dalla cucina.
