Unfortunately you are woken up at 8 in the morning because the housekeeping scrapes the beds and armchairs over the laminate to be able to clean them better. With the thin walls that makes a killer noise. I would like to be able to sleep in on vacation. Unfortunately, the room and the balcony never have sun and overlook the rock face of the Barranco. Everything else is OK and reasonable for the price.

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel bij zowel de receptie, als het restaurant, de overige horeca en bij de zwembaden (altijd toezicht). Onderhoud is lichtjes achterstallig, maar de kamer was wél schoon en werd ook elke dag schoongemaakt. Prachtige, grote tuin!

We arrived early evening with a quick check in with time for an evening meal. Clean, practical room with kettle, fridge and basic kitchen equipment if looking to self cater. We had a lovely room overlooking beautiful gardens with a view to Mt Teide. Shuttle bus to town centre in mornings and late afternoons.. Free WiFi and TV (no BBC). Animation programme 5 days a week offering range of activities. The evening bingo and quiz was different and amusing. The breakfast menu was varied, evening meals ok with plenty of dishes for meat/fish eaters and fewer options for vegetarians. However, restaurant team happy to accommodate vegetarian meal requests. All the staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The decoration, fixtures and fittings, etc reflect the age of the hotel. Ongoing maintenance, re-decoration and updating is evident. If you prefer a newly built hotel with the latest features this is not for you. The gardens make this hotel; if you enjoy flora, fauna and soaking up nature then this is the place for you. We would return.

Todo muy bien cuidado ( zona ajardinada,zona piscina,limpieza en la habitación). El bufet mucha variedad, la presentación de algunos platos muy original, los cocineros de 10. En especial mención al chico de animación, mucha simpatía, muy buen rollo. Saludos desde Barcelona.

Great hotel, staff is amazing they take Care of you, bar-staff are cool, sociable, always smiling, the animador is humorous and keeps u busy with the biggest smile. The garden.... i mean.... THE GARDEN !! See for yourself, words dont do justice. My second time here, and definatly not the last.

We hebben Hotel Eden ervaren als een prettig verblijf. Er waren hier en daar wat tekortkomingen, maar het eten was prima. Met de aantekening dat de lunch wel wat eentonig en karig was. Daarentegen het ontbijt voortreffelijk evenals het diner. Bij het zwembad hebben we Eleane ontmoet als gastvrouw van de pool bar. Een toppertje! Gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd een lach op haar gezicht. Ik heb beloofd dat te vermelden in een beoordeling. Bij deze!! Nico from Holland

Booked a superior studio which turned out to be first floor on top of the outdoor dining. Very noisy for many hours of the day from early morning setting up, to late night drinkers (there is no where else to go) and then kitchen washing up. Apparently all superior studios are in the same location so not superior at all. Evening meal choice was patchy, some evenings ok, others useless. Gardens lovely and walk from town ok if you are fit but overall not somewhere we would return unfortunately.

The hotel and room were otherwise good, but they could have put more effort into cleaning before we arrived. The floors were sticky and our roommate then decided to take a towel and wash them so that the baby could move on the floor. The hotel buffet was excellent. The staff was nice. Nice place!
