Good and clean hotel but animation is missing

Hotel in a great location, room cleaned every day. Buffet service for both breakfast and dinner was plentiful and everything was delicious. Heated pool on the sixth floor, with excellent bar service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making guests feel at home even if they didn't speak the language. The manager, Antonio, was very friendly and available to accommodate any needs. A very pleasant experience... We'll be back!

The hotel is great. I spent a few days in Tenerife with my partner, and it was fantastic. The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! The rooms are also cleaned daily, leaving them spotless without touching or moving your belongings. The pools are fantastic; they're on the hotel's rooftop, and it's fantastic. The service and attention were top-notch. Plus, if you don't rent a car, the bus station is right next door, which is fantastic. We really loved it, and we'll choose the same hotel again when we return.

Rude and indifferent staff, no service at all, on the first day the child was forced to sleep with us, because they didn’t bring linens, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was dirty and noisy!!! The breakfast was very poor!!!!!

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Plaza del Charco. The spacious room has a large terrace with artificial grass, perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. It also has a mini-fridge and a very practical kettle for coffee or tea. The swimming pool is on the 6th floor and has a well-equipped bar and snack bar with comfortable sun loungers and cushions for relaxing. I really liked everything. The gym has ample equipment, including an elliptical trainer, weights, rowing machines, etc. The breakfasts were varied, and the coffee was good.

This hotel is very close to the largest bus terminal, less than five minutes' walk, and very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Good 4 star hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, have a large balcony, and if you're lucky, you'll have a view of the city and not the neighboring hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location: a bit far from the beaches, but close to the bus station.

Ha sido un fin de semana Increíble Ubicaciones excelente, Se puede recorrer el puerto sin vehículo, aunque es verdad que es difícil a veces aparcar por la zona y la calidad del Hotel muy bueno en cuanto a calidad y precio, la instalaciones limpias y muy bien atendidos por todo el personal tanto de la recepción limpieza como en comedor

Servicio muy profesional pero las instalaciones las tienen que ir renovando y tener un poco más de mimo con los detalles. Se acerca más a un hotel de 3 estrellas que a uno de 4.

位置極佳，北部機場可直達，酒店不遠就是公交總站，對非自駕的人非常重要。走600m左右就是黑沙灘，房間就能看泰德/雲海/日落，完美🤗🤗。 服務，各方面加分，餐廳工作人員熱情又熱鬧，剛學西語7個月，有時腦殼宕機想不起來。6天5晚，每天都在餐廳實踐**式西語🤓

Todo super bien!bufet del desayuno rico, habitacion gigantesca y muy nueva, el personal muy majos...y a 2 min del centro !
