Great and super friendly staff and a very good location. The visitors are middle-aged and it is very quiet. Close to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Enough space to enjoy the sun by the pool. The apartment is simple but clean. Don't expect luxury and we don't look for that either. We would love to come back here again.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our room needed updating but can’t speak for all rooms. Still had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. Plenty of quaint restaurants and bars nearby

The hotel is very well located, since you have the bus station next to it and you can get around without problems. The reception is good and friendly, it is a good, nice, cheap hotel, don't expect 4 or 5 stars but it has its function and is pleasant.

Dirty hotel, noisy. Groups of young people doing parties. Avoid this hotel if u can. Old furniture, TV don't work. Bad food. The only good thing is that is in the middle of the city, but if u sleep in the street will be a better option than staying here.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I went on an end-of-year trip and when we arrived we all started crying when we saw the rooms, almost everything was broken, the towels smelled like feet, for many of us they didn't even make the room, the food is the worst I've ever tasted in my life, we had to go buy our own food.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Upon arrival the floor was broken, dirty and torn curtains, dirty sheets, excrement in the toilet (the room was not cleaned). And it was an entrance room 🤦♀️.
