Room on the 4th floor, seen on the teide, a little noisy on this side, poorly insulated hotel, spacious double room, breakfast with a lot of choice, for dinner satisfactory, the employees are very friendly.

Hotel in lovely setting but a car necessary as quite far away from local amenities. Booked a sea view suite with kitchenette but hotel does not provide anything to use it !! Not even a kettle and chargess additional costs for use of kettle, room safe and yo have a kitchen pack which is a negative as 5euro a day for a kettle ! Otherwise great stay apart from people being allowed to smoke in outside terrace dining arewa.not great when you are eating and children eatig.

Hotel is in a beautiful location with commanding 360 views. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept. Car is advised as hotel a little out of the way from easily accessed shops although there is a free hotel shuttle bus to the local port.Rooms a good size and staff very friendly.

Hemos ido a cenar al Restaurante Bistro, el sitio encantador con unas vistas hacia el Puerto de la Cruz maravillosas. Los entrantes buenísimos, así como los principales y los postres. Destacar el servicio del camarero Alberto, siempre muy atento, nos explicó muy bien los platos y sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes. Restaurante 100 x 100 recomendable, tanto por el Servicio, como por la acogida, la música ambiente, el atendimiento y la distribución de las mesas y el personal. Sin dudarlo, repetiremos
