Great hotel, trip.com had not booked the right room, only for 2 people while I had specified 3, but the hotel solved that for us. Super clean and beautiful hotel, breakfast is great, dinner should be your thing because it is a buffet, but there is also something for everyone. Facilities well organized, highly recommended!!

The room was on the ground floor with poor lighting. But since it was for one night only, it was fine. The pool is very good and the breakfast varied. We were able to take advantage of the day because we were able to stay on the premises after checkout and they even stored our bags for us. They were very kind.

A little dated hotel . Good service . Breakfast was a bit disapointing . Nice room . Good bed . My room was situated close to the corner , so there was a terrible noice from the road . But the room was very cheap

Hotel situé à puerto de la cruz à 15 min du front de mer et de Playa del jardin, plage de sable noir avec quelquefois de gros rouleaux. Hôtel au calme avec des prestations haut de gamme : 3 piscines, 2 spa, salle de gym... Propreté irréprochable, restauration variée ( poisson et viande à la plancha tous les soirs), nous étions en demi pension et les petits déjeuners sont aussi pour tous les goûts ( œufs sur le plat, brouillés ou omelettes, fruits, viennoiseries) .Tout est fait pour que le client soit content, même les consommations sont enregistrées pour n'être réglées qu'à la fin du séjour. Chambre vue sur mer avec balcon Voiture de location recommandée pour visiter les alentours, Masca, Los Gigantes, excursion en bateau pour voir baleines et dauphins, parc du teide.....Séjour exceptionnel à 30 °C et une mer à 20°C pour la baignade Hôtel à recommander

Hôtel très complet, confortable et les murs sont assez épais pour que les chambres soient silencieuse. Le personnel est très sympathique, les buffets (petits déjeuners et dîners) très copieux et variés et il y a des animations le soir avec un bar très agréable. Le tout à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et du front de mer de Puerto de la Cruz qui est une ville très agréable à vivre. Le parking de l'hôtel est très petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel et il nous a toujours envisager un stationnement à l'extérieur (mais on trouve de la place à proximité et c'est gratuit).
