The most adorable little hotel! Booked it super last minute so wasn't too sure what to expect but from the moment I stepped in I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Small enough to feel really personal, decor is adorable, all of the staff are friendly and chatty. Such a laid back atmosphere. The also have free yoga on a Saturday morning, which was a surprise bonus! The rooftop terrace has views over the city and to Teide - definitely worth being there to see the sun set. Booked as a solo traveller and felt super comfortable on my own in the hotel and in the city. Wish I'd stayed longer!

The hotel is located on the centre of town, giving easy access everything you’d want to do while staying in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel and rooms are incredibly clean, beds are very comfortable and there is a pillow menu if you want softer pillows. The bathroom is spacious, with Dove products provided. The only down side is the mixer taps in the shower are a bit iffy, so every 10-15 seconds you get a blast of hot water, followed by a blast of cold!! We booked a room with a balcony, which is at the front of the hotel. There is a bit of noise from the street, but nothing that kept us awake; if you’re a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. The rooftop bar, sundeck, pool is really nice and gives great views of Mt Tiede and is great for watching the sunset. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but there’s a fabulous coffee shop next to the hotel with gorgeous bagels and pastries and lots of other options within a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Todo genial, muy acogedor , el buffet espectacular y destacar la limpieza tanto de habitaciones como de zonas comunes.La ubicación también está muy bien y desde la terraza pudimos disfrutar de un maravilloso atardecer. No nos faltó de nada sin duda repetiremos

Destacamos la amplitud de las habitaciones, su situación en el centro de Puerto de La Cruz, de fácil acceso y sin pendientes ( las cuestas que hay para llegar a otros hoteles era muy pronunciadas) la terraza para desayunar desde dónde se divisa el Teide y la amabilidad del personal, en especial el de recepción. Ahhh, el parking de la explanada del muelle, está a menos de 5 min caminando del hotel, es gratis y con plazas libres durante todo el día Sin duda repetiría mi estancia en Dwo Nopal Gracias!!!

Erittäin hyvä majoitus, huone ilman parveketta oli hieman pimeä , mutta itse valittu. Parvekkeellinen huone olisi ollut vielä mukavampi. Aamupala aivan loistava ! Sijainti hyvä, keskustan ytimessä. Suosittelen !

Super in der Altstadt gelegen. Parken kann man auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Hafen und läuft dann ca. 5 Min. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist lässig, einladend und gemütlich. Nicht so eine riesige sterile Hotelburg. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, welches man mit Blick aufs Meer, über die Stadt und auf den Teide einnehmen kann. Nicht gefallen hat mir das EZ ohne Balkon, es ist sehr dunkel, trotz Fenster zum Innenhof staut sich die Hitze. Es fehlt eine Leselampe und im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Innenhof wird zwar nicht benutzt, trotz hallt alles hoch. Ich war ganz oben im 4. Stock und bin nachts vom Telefonklingeln an der Rezeption wach geworden. Die Dauerlüftung wird nachts ausgestellt, allerdings springt sie häufig ( alle 30 Min.?) für einige Sekunden wieder an, gefolgt von einem Klappern. Ab 4 Uhr morgens gab es laute Gespröche. Die Matratze war leider auch sehr ungemütlich. Schade ist es auch, dass die Duschkabine anscheinend bei der täglichen Reinigung nicht geputzt wird. Das erklärt auch die massiven Verkalkungen, Ich bin also sehr ambivalent nach einer schlaflosen Wochen. Ich würde auf alle Fälle zu einem Zimmer mit Balkon raten auch wenn dieser zur Fußgängerzone liegt, aber so bekommt man immerhin Luft und Licht. Der Balkon des EZ ist sehr klein, vielleicht sollte man sich ein DZ gönnen.

First the good points. Extremely clean even better than some 5 stars we visit. Breakfasts are satisfactory but repetitive. Location - good if you want the middle of the town. Staff were friendly. Now the not so good especially for those visiting from the UK with TUI. Do not expect a balcony. Expect background echoing noise regardless of room, with or without balcony. Don’t expect any support or visibility from TUI. Our TV had a large crack in the screen, but it didn’t matter as there was only one English language station (BBC World News). The air conditioning appears impossible to control, being either on or off, with adjustments making little difference. We found opening the window was best, but then the outside noise increases. Not enough sun beds on some occasions. The Pool was cold. The bar/food wasn’t open every day. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. We’ve been to Tenerife ten times and this was the third two week visit to Puerto de la Cruz. The facilities in the hotel were too limited for long stays. For those on a short break that don’t particularly want quiet, this hotel is an above average 3 star. For those staying longer, consider somewhere else. Don’t visit with TUI as holidays with TUI are not what they use to be.
