Hola somos clientes asiduos del Catalonia y queremos decir antes de todo que la animación es buenísima, especialmente las animadoras Mey y María, y también Cheril, que nos han hecho pasar unos días muy agradables, son muy simpáticas. Y por la noche los espectáculos han sido muy buenos, sobre todo la Parranda del Abuelo y el día de Canarias que me dejaron vestir de canaria y nos dieron productos de la tierra. Fue maravilloso el día 30 de mayo. Seguro que vamos a volver. No os olvidaremos. Un 10 para las animadoras.

Muy bien ubicado, por ello es difícil aparcar. Necesita una reforma de la parte del hall, recepción, ascensores y sala de estar. Todo lo demás muy correcto, y personal amable.

Très bon hôtel confortable en front de mer dans la station de Puerto de la Cruz Plusieurs plages publiques atteignables à pied, piscine dans l'hôtel, piscine de bord de mer à proximité immédiate Grand parking public gratuit près du petit port atteignable à pied à travers la station Musique provenant des terrasses de bord de mer en soirée, choisir une chambre côté jardin pour plus de calme

He estado este fin de semana con mi marido en el hotel.El atendimiento excelente,en la comida hay variedad y es muy buena. Siempre conseguimos pasarlo bien,el personal es maravilloso,con mucha profesionalidad y muy amables . Destacar a Ulises,Francisco,Julián,de restaurante, y de recepción a Roberto. Aunque todo el personal que nos encontramos fue muy atento y profesional. Recomiendo este hotel siempre por su personal,por su comida y es muy céntrico.

I've spent a few days with my wife; the food is quite good, and they have a variety of everything. The entertainment team is lovely: Cheryl, May, Marcos, and Aaron. There are fun activities at all times, and they engage a lot with us, the guests. We will return, and I hope to see the same friendly staff again
