I've spent a few days with my wife; the food is quite good, and they have a variety of everything. The entertainment team is lovely: Cheryl, May, Marcos, and Aaron. There are fun activities at all times, and they engage a lot with us, the guests. We will return, and I hope to see the same friendly staff again

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Viajamos con el IMSERSO. Normalmente nos suelen dar las peores habitaciones, pero en este caso no fue así, gracias a Lidia, una empleada de recepción la mar de agradable, y que nunca la podré agradecer la fabulosa habitación que nos adjudicó, la 620. Aunque la habitación es pequeña y anticuada, tiene una terraza, tipo ático maravillosa, con tumbonas, mesa y sillas. Y unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno muy aceptable, pero la comida y cena muy regular. El empleado de la plancha desbordado, el sólo para carne, pescado y reponer, necesita ayuda. Los productos escasos, y no reponían. Muchísimas gracias otra vez a LIDIA

Came to this hotel due to its location - central and flat & was the better choice for my mum (now using a rollator). Hotel - clean, friendly staff, and various choices of food - buffet for all meals. Our room was on the 4th floor (411) and had side views of the sea & front . Room had good storage, but no draws (handy for putting small stuff in), a negative being only 1 socket for charging phone/using kettle, so not ideal as just above skirting board. Bathroom is shower in bath - once again my mum not able to use - even for me was a high step in/out so had to be careful. Other than those 2 negatives, hotel was good. As we were HB , and would miss our "last" evening meal, were able to have lunch on the Saturday (in place if the missed dinner).. Once again, buffet. A good choice if looking for a central hotel. As previous reviews have said , there is loud noise/music from the restaurant across the way until at least 11/11.30pm, so if you like an early night.....This is not the hotels fault.

Reception staff on every occasion excelled in their professionalism and their welcome, a credit to the Las Vegas. Blonde girl (Leila I think sorry) was so helpful. Complimentary water on arrival nice. Maids kept room clean and tidy towels changed daily (as requested) Room nice plenty hot water. Bed not changed for 10 days though. When it was had sheet with holes in it. Though the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner on wall is great idea, container was often empty or full of water. Needs checked. Entertainment staff Cheryl Maria Mailyn Marco and Aaron really good at their job and friendly whilst involving guests in daily poolside activities. Not too keen on evening entertainment though magician and one male singer were quite good. Breakfasts were excellent not too keen on evening meals. Dining staff “mostly” friendly and very efficient. As others say hotel does need an update.

This is a wonderful hotel made very special by the kindness of the staff. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which we loved. As has been said before, there is a noisy bar across from the hotel but the noise stops just after 11. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at the sea and Puerto de la Cruz waking up for the day. The food was perfect and of an excellent quality. The room was ideal for a seaside hotel. On my birthday I was surprised by a bottle of cava left in my room. A lovely surprise. This is our second visit and we will return.
