The location was right in front of the beach, so it was great! It's nice that it's close enough to hear the sound of the waves from the hotel, and it's right at the sea when you step out of the hotel door!! However, there is no parking space and the building is a bit old. I think a lot of old people come here.

Excelente opção, apenas em falta a opção estacionamento! Staff mto simpático, quarto espaçoso, colchão mto bom e almofadas tb! Serviço de pequeno almoço super completo! Mas a vista da zona de pequeno almoço para o Mar e ver o nascer do Sol é algo brutal! Tem uma piscina em frente ao hotel que não sei se pertence ao mesmo ou não… mas é algo espetacular!

Sono stato in questo hotel per le vacanze di Pasqua, atterato a tenerife ,mi sono sorbito 90 minuti di macchina per arrivare qui. Un bel hotel ,proprio davanti a un piccolo golfo , dove c'è gente che fa Surf, ina piccola spiaggia nera, c'è sempre gente che , sta lì ad ammirare il.mare ,e il surf. una bella hall, gentilissimo , il personale ti spiega tutto, poi prendi l ascensore e vai ,in camera ,bella grande , .dava sulla strada. di giorno e notte pochissimo.rumore, La colazione è la cena , sono in un ristorante ,che guarda il.golfo, dietro a le vetrate, uno spettacolo. sopra altro ristorante, con la balconata, al 10 piano ,c'è una terrazza , che ti fa vedere ,tutto intorno , una meraviglia. Fuori dal hotel, comincia una passeggiata , solo.pedonale, che ti accontenta di tutto, negozi bar, ristoranti. molto lunga. in piano ,ci sono anche delle salite. ma qui passono.le auto, In poche parole tanto da fare, dentro piscine, bar , palestra con qualche macchina , e spa. Mi è proprio piaciuto, se devo trovare , qualcosa che non va ,e che in camera ,troverà i solo il minimo ,indispensabile, niente omaggi ,o regali, neanche per Pasqua. un ringraziamento a Michela ,italiana ,che mi ha risolto un problema , personale, non c'entra hotel..

Lige ud til Atlanterhavet med surfer i aktivitet fra morgen til aften.
Havet er voldsom og bølgerne høres døgnet rundt.
Promenaden ligger lige ved udgangen af hotellet og der er masser af muligheder for god spise og underholdning.
Vi havde med allinclusiv, det ville jeg ikke vælge hvis vi kommer igen.

April 2024. "This is the second time both of us have been here on holiday. It hasn't changed much, although there are some new staff members and some who recognized us from our last trip, a year and a half later. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We chose to go Privilege again, as it's a nice feeling to be able to sit back and relax. The weather is beautiful, although we did experience rain one day. Even the manager apologized for the rain. One additional thing we noticed by the pool was a disabled chair lift, which is great for keeping up with the times. We would also like to mention Vincente, a staff member who was always attentive to our needs. He was just as helpful as the last time we met him. It's a great place to stay and chill, and to switch off from work and all the things that bring you down. We both plan to come back, but we might try H10 Ocean in Jamaica first." Thank You to All the staff that made our holiday special. Also, we are still here for two more days.

Whilst the hotel is very clean and our sea facing room was mostly fine (mattresses were very hard and we asked for softer ones as I had back surgery and the mattress caused pain. They put a topper on each bed which helped very little.), you have to pay to use the safe and there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room so it was just as well we took a travel kettle. The rooms would benefit from an information folder advising how the hotel worked and what services were available as we had to ask the brusk reception staff about certain things. For instance, my sister went to get ice cream from the pool bar (they said it was on the all inclusive plan) but she wasn’t allowed to take them as reception had put ‘credits’ on our room - very embarrassing in front of fellow guests!! The reception staff (all except one lady) made us feel like an inconvenience! The food….at best it was lukewarm and some offerings were virtually cold (I don’t know if you’ve tried cold watery brussel sprouts?). We had to eat more bread to fill us. When we checked out we were asked by a male member of staff if we’d experienced tummy trouble during our stay - make of that what you will!! This short break was expensive given we were actually only there for 5 nights and we certainly wish we’d chosen elsewhere.

I was a little uneasy after reading all of the complaints on here before I travelled. However, don't listen to a single word. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is up there with some of the best. The location is one of the best I've stayed in..right on the bay, amazing views of the surfers, and on the main promenade. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a medical incident during our stay, and the staff went over and above. Yes the restaurant does get busy during popular times but the variety of food for every diet is amazing. We stayed half board and absolutely loved the variety for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel is spotless. All in all a brilliant stay, and yes I will certainly be back!!
