L'hotel est bien situé et le personnel est très gentil, service correcte au bar-restaurant.
Une bonne propreté, les chambres sont faites au quotidien, la vue sur la mer et sur Puerto plustôt sympa.
Mais quelques points négatifs, 1 ascenseur qui fonctionnait sur les 3, j'etais au 6 eme étage.
Les portes le matin claquent à partir de 7h30 à 8h et plus moyen de dormir, la grasse matinée il faut oublier, la piscine est petite mais a le merite d'exister.

Hotel z doskonałym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. Czasy świetności dawno ma za sobą, ale wystarczający dla chcących coś więcej niż tylko pobytu w hotelu. Dobre śniadania i rewelacyjne obiadokolacje. Basen na dachu (8 piętro). Lokalizacja wspaniała, blisko do centrum, plaży sklepików i knajpek.

Pior hotel em que já estive hospedado em toda a minha vida! Péssimo na comida, medíocre na limpeza dos aposentos, muito mau de estacionamento, detestável no atendimento... Por favor não se deixem tentar pelo preço; é uma experiência muito negativa.

Nada más llegar la habitación estaba sucia, había pasta de dientes en el lavabo, pelos por el suelo, el desagüe de la ducha asqueroso, manchas de grasa en los cojines y un cuadro torcido. Además, el fechillo de la habitación no funcionaba y los colchones se separan mientras duermes, formando un hueco entre ambos. Por otro lado, la piscina y el gimnasio están bien, y el desayuno es bastante completo.

We booked to stay for a week but left same day we arrived , our hotel room had a very unusual and unpleasant smell. Very basic and dirty walls and bathroom. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so when the shower is on the room steams up there was dirt on the bathroom floor it looked like possible mould but can’t say for sure ; when I turned the shower on the shower head fell down and soaked me in freezing cold water not a great experience. We decided to book another hotel in a different part of Tenerife I wouldn’t recommend this hotel it needs a make over. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were very helpful and one of the staff helped us sort out a taxi super quick and was very friendly to us. I think the staff work hard but the owners could probably try and upgrade the rooms and get rid of old stained furniture
