Hotel mit super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Modern renovierte Suiten und Aufenthaltsräume.( in den Hausfluren kämpfen die Handwerker noch gegen die Schwächen des alten Hauses) Die Buffets sind vielfältig und werden interessant variiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist recht ruhig oberhalb des Zentrums.Es gibt einen Shuttle Bus.Aber die City,der Busbahnhof und die Strände sind fußläufig in 10-20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hotelpool ist ausreichend für Hobbyschwimmer und sehr gut für Aquafitness.Es gibt sehr qualifizierte Sport- und AquafitnesstrainerInnen

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage am Hang ist zu berücksichtigen für ältere Personen. Der Bus Service nach Puerto de la Cruz ist kostenlos und findet mehrmals täglich statt. Tip - hinfahren und am Strand entlang zurück laufen, sind ca. 2 km.

Sehr geniale schöne Zimmer! Sehr schöner Einrichtungstil. Sehr ruhige Lage. Tolles Essen und Frühstück. Nicht weit zur Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz und dem Loro Parque sowie zum Strand. Einfach perfekt. Schöner Blick zum Teide.

Primero quiero hablar del GRAN STAFF! Tanto los camareros del bufet como los del bar Loungue como la granja animadora Anita. Fue un placer conoceros: Batista, Méndez,el catalán , Andrés y varios más!! que (feo de mi) no recuerdo los nombres. Todos fueros suuuper majos, cercanos y amigables con mi amiga y conmigo. Las habitaciones inmejorables, piscina.. instalaciones como el gimnasio un poco más viejito. Pero todo de 10. Gracias por la estancia.. volveremos!! Un saludo las manchegas!!😁

Hôtel pris en demi-pension, belles chambres avec belle vue, buffet du matin comme du soir avec beaucoup de choix, varies et bon seul bémol propre a l’Espagne en général l'eau est payante durant les repas.

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. 2 Toiletten und ein ca. 40 qm große Suite waren echt super. Frühstück auch gut und genügend Auswahl. Einziger negativer Punkt war die Musik am Pool; grauenhaft, viel zu laut, Techno- und Elektromusik für jüngere Leute. Geschätztes Durchschnittsalter der Gäste 55 Jahre!!!

An sich ein schönes Hotel, jedoch gibt es Verbesserungsvorschläge. Hinweisschilder wo sich was befindet (bei der Anreise erhielten wir ein Blatt Papier mit den notwendigsten Beschreibungen) z.B. im Aufzug bei "4" Swimmingpool, bei "6" Frühstücksraum, etc. Auch wenn man aus dem Aufzug kommt, gibt es keine Hinweisschilder. Riesige Auswahl an Essen vom Buffet jedoch war weder gewürzt noch heiß. Lediglich an der Grillstation (da frisch zubereitet). Aber die Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Personal war sehr freundlich, der Service sehr unterschiedlich.Manchmal konnte man in der Lounge sitzen und ewig warten oder man ist an die Bar und hat sein Getränk selbst geholt. Und dann wieder sehr zuvorkommend. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, ist auf ein Taxi oder den Shuttlebus angewiesen. Wunderschöne Ausssicht.
