We have just returned from our stay at club del carmen, we stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa which was absolutely lovely. Spotless clean rooms and one of the best air cons I’ve come across. Beds comfy, plenty of towels, fridge freezer, dishwasher, extra chairs, comfy sofa and 2 televisions! We sat our on our balcony every night and really enjoyed our stay here. Pool clean, smaller pool which was fantastic for our 4 year old and also a jacuzzi which was fab. Pool bar is lovely great choice of food and plenty of drinks available. Staff are all amazing! 24 hour reception fantastic. All in all it really deserves a lot more than 3 stars! We will definitely be back in the future!

These apartments are extremely well equipped for a 3 star, with 24 hour reception. The apartments are very eco friendly and well thought out. They even include a tap with filtered water! Good location near to supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants (whilst still being quiet). Cleanliness was excellent. On site bar was very good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had sun on the balcony all day.

Had a great stay. Our 1 bed Apartment was really well equipped, lovely and clean. We had a lovely view from our balcony which had table & chairs and also 2 sun beds. The pool was great & you prebook the sun beds the day before for a morning or afternoon session and the thick cushions on the sun beds are very comfy. The pool bar is great for drinks & food. The location is great just off the promenade with the beach opposite & Matagorda in one direction & Playa del Carmen with its many shops and bars in the other direction. The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again & have already recommended to family and friends.

Great place to stay with helpful and engaging staffing although the onsite restaurant made us feel unwelcome on our first evening so gave it a miss for the rest of the stay. Good eating all around the area so plenty of choice

Always stay here when visiting Lanzarote. Apartments are fantastic especially ones that look onto the pool on the ground floor. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The booking system for sunbeds works well and even though it was Easter we always managed to get the beds we wanted . Apartments are well equipped comfy sofa bed and a lovely sunny balcony. Lots of lovely restaurants either walking towards the airport along the sea front or the other way towards the busier part. Baily bar food also really good with delicious paella on Fridays cooked in-front of you and prawn tasting on Wednesdays. Will be returning next year hopefully.

The units are rather close together. It would have been impossible to have a conversation on our balcony without our neighbours on both sides hearing everything. The bedrooms downstairs meant they were lovely and cool. There are two balconies which is nice but the lower one off the bedroom is very exposed to everyone and doesn’t get any sun! On a positive note the external furniture was very comfortable. I loved the filtered water on tap, it must have saved us a fortune in buying water. Really great initiative by Diamond Resorts. Overall it’s a good little resort, far enough from the centre of pdc to be walkable for nightlife but also quiet if treats not your scene. Our lower rating is hecausr the pool is practically in the road and you have to book sunbeds but only get half a day. It’s good in principle as it stops those awful sunbed hogs but a pain if you just wake up and want to go to the pool.

This is our favourite place to stay, great location for us just out of the hustle & bustle but close enough to walk in when we want. All staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, accommodation spotless and food amazing.
