Une semaine de vacances magnifiques dans un hôtel qui a répondu à toutes nos espérances Avec une équipe d’accueil au top, prenant soin de nous au long de notre séjour. Très belle vue de notre chambre avec les toutes prestations attendus. Une propreté irréprochable dans tout l’hôtel, des animations fort sympathiques, des buffets variés et qualités. EXCELLENT HÔTEL.Confort des chambres et qualité de la literie.Hotel adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.animation en journée et le soir.Calme absolu sur les coins piscines.Accès à la plage facile .On doit traverser la route . La restauration est top.il y en a pour tout les goûts.Manque peut être de la cuisine locale avec spécialités plus typique.Grand hôtel avec du personnel tres aimable.village à proximité accessible à pieds qui est tres vivant.on peut louer des voitures ou profiter d’excursion en car sur Lanzarote. Hotel tres propre.chambre faite tous les jours et correctement.je recommande.

loved this hotel had a great week. the animation team were fabulous and very entertaining. Food was good and catered for every taste. Rooms light and airy with comfy beds.We would definitely come back and visit. We loved the cats as well. Lots to do

La comida buenisima la situacion frente a la playa maravillosa nos toco habitacion frente a la piscina la hab espaciosa el personal amable y muy simpatico buena animacion en el hotel me gusto mucho y aunque no soy muy de repetir lo mismo si no tuviese opciones claro que repetiria porque mi estancia fue muy bonita

All staff were courteous from reception to housekeeping, entertainment team gave 100% all day every day, Bar staff in main bar sometimes seemed overwhelmed with work, and drink quality could vary dramatically, Lobby bar was more constant but not as rushed, but still an excellent holiday and would be happy to return
