Hotel THB Flora

The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely.

The staff are quite rude. I’d ask for some replacement cups and plates for the room and got an a grey response from the reception saying you’re staying self catering so wash them yourself. I understand that but no need to speak to customers in the way they did. The air con was broken from day one which made my stay very uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a fan and sent the maintenance man round but stated the air con isn’t very good and couldn’t be fixed. It was a clean place and the location is ok so I would recommend for a v cheap last minute holiday. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again

Just back from here and wow, we had the best time ever! The place is spotless with amazing views. The pool area was kept so well with numerous lifeguards that actually help and watch! My little boy fell over one day beside the pool and a lovely girl lifeguard came over with some ice for him, I didn’t even know she was looking so it just shows you and makes a change. The view I had from my room 215 was out of this world, I was so lucky to land this spot! The rooms are spacious and had everything I needed. For people saying about ants they only come if you leave food around, we had like 3! But we just kept the place tidy and gave it a little wipe, just like everyone does at home! Building works - yeah the cafe was shut, but there’s a huge screen covering this so you don’t see a thing and I heard barely anything! Please don’t let it put you off, I’m a travel agent and I would have stayed another month if I could lol. The hill is hard work but there’s a taxi rank right outside the door and it costs 4Euro to go to the front or back up so really isn’t an issue at all! I just want to say thank you to the Flora for giving me and my family some of the best memories ever!

Had a nice family stay in the hotel. Cleaned every day felt very safe had everything we required. Cleaner could’ve done a little more , lots of ants but we had spray. Rooms were big and spacious. Reception staff were always accommodating . Close to super Dino and Lidl as well as a number of nice restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the harbour and that is with three small kids . 3 to €4 in a taxi. I would stay again and recommend to others . TIP The reception has a water cooler where you can fill your small bottles and they saves you buying a large drum and carrying it back

We arrived late in the evening, easy check in and directed to our room. We were located in floral 2 and I was worried due to negative reviews on here.. I didn’t need to. Our room was clean, adequate and had a lovely view of the pool. Yes it wasn’t massive and you had to squeeze around the bed, but we had ample storage and everything we needed in the kitchen, we were self catering but only use the kitchen to make snacks as we ate out every night. The pool area was lovely, ample sun beds (some were a little tired and not very comfy) plenty of shade if you needed it. Pool is VERY deep, I think there should be a sign due to people with young kiddies turning up and not realising how deep the pool actually is, tbh it was a deterant for little 1’s so was quiet most of the time. Flora 1 had the main pool for children but we never used it. Housekeeping was daily. Towels changed daily, bedding once for the week. Emptied our bins and we were careful not to leave food around incase of ants. We had the odd few but nothing major. Location is a little out of the way but a taxi cost 4 euro and are plentiful, you don’t have to wait long until 1 comes along. We went out every night, down the ***** and also to the old town. Our favourite places to visit for drinks were; Cafe oh La Long beach bar Serenity Beers n roses (old town) We had lovely meals out and the resort is beautiful. So much choice we couldn’t fit it all in 7 days. We would definitely return and stay at THB flora. If you have a walking disability I wouldn’t recommended staying here as the paths are steep and lots of steps. Enjoy your holiday if you stay here as we did. Thank You team Flora
