The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely.

The staff are quite rude. I’d ask for some replacement cups and plates for the room and got an a grey response from the reception saying you’re staying self catering so wash them yourself. I understand that but no need to speak to customers in the way they did. The air con was broken from day one which made my stay very uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a fan and sent the maintenance man round but stated the air con isn’t very good and couldn’t be fixed. It was a clean place and the location is ok so I would recommend for a v cheap last minute holiday. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again

Fab hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments were beautiful and contained all you needed. Lovely pools with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Handy supermarket on site. Loved it at THB FLORA and will definitely return.

Just back from THB FLORA everything was perfect so spotless and appartment was beautiful beds n pillows so comphy shower was so good, the views were amazing and all the staff were so nice every was kept so well , perfect place to stay will be back

Arrived at hotel to be given a room with the worst view ever (a tree) which blocked the sun on balcony and leaves were everywhere. It was too late to complain but in morning i spoke with staff who did move us to a room with view of pool which was much better and a great sun trap but only issue was the drains in bathroom were stinking of everyones toilet which was awful. Entertainment at night in hotel only problem was no guests came down so there was no atmosphere which did ruin the experience. Its not great when you do arrive and music down low and no disco lights on when its meant to be a mini disco for kids to start night off. Shop was very expensive and no food on site as restaurant was shut due to renovations which i was not informed of. Mega disappointed on my 2nd visit here
