Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Eric is the best host have ever met in 30 years and nothing is too trouble ! The staff are fantastic the location outstanding the poolside bar perfect ! The one addition would be a hot tub for additional charge maybe ! The food is perfect in the morning and at lunch we ate out at night so can’t comment on that ! The sea view rooms are amazing and there is no better apartments in the resort for this price well dun Eric and best wishes from the Blackburn old reps

I heard a lot of bad reports of this before we came. However don’t be put off. We had a one bed apartment which was tired but spotless. The staff were lovely. We used the restaurant every day for breakfast and lunch and a couple of times for dinner and the food was great. I’ve had fried eggs in other buffet restaurants but these were consistently good. Lots of choice and not freezing cold like other reports. The ‘hill’ was a slope and unless you have COPD or a disability it was not a problem. Convenient Spar shops opposite and right on the *****. We used local restaurants for evening dinner. ****** lining up for sunbeds early in the morning but we never had a problem getting one after breakfast. For the convenience and what it cost we were happy and we’ve been coming to Lanzarote for 13 years. Always stayed in villas but they were too expensive this year l. This was a great alternative. Bar was good with lots of choice whether alcoholic or soft drinks. Had no issues at all

What a great 5 nights we had here, you are right in the heart of it, only a small little hill walking up to the hotel, all staff very friendly very helpful, rooms very spacious with everything you need it, food was always hot and anoth to choose from, no entertainment on thou but you don’t need it when your just a short walk to all the bars, would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I’ve just arrived back from this hotel. Lovely location and very big rooms, hot in the rooms but if you open the balcony door and the bedroom window it’ll cool the whole place down quick! Swimming pool was meh, you had to queue just to get a sun bed, also people would just chuck towels down on the best sun beds at 9am when it opens and returns about 5pm to get their towels so they didn’t even use the sun beds at all! So someone else could have had them. So I think that needs to be monitored or just don’t let people chuck towels down and leave. Make them stay, it’s very annoying. The food was okay, sometimes it was nice but it’s literally the same every night. Fish had way too many bones though. Apart from that, lovely hotel and I would stay again. Thanks for having us.

Great location, the staff here are super-friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. The food is fine, great breakfasts - a bit hit and miss for lunch/dinner but if you can’t find something you like from the selection then you’re just not trying! Our biggest issue was the ridiculous queuing for sunbeds which started at a locked gate from 8am onwards some days! Other than that, would recommend.

We had s great time at this hotel, stayed in room 304C perfect view.Hotel is close to all amenities, there is a Spar right across the road for any extras. Room was very big and beds were very comfortable, linen changed 3 times in 1 week spotless. We stayed AI food was fine there was at least something at night for me as I'm quite fussy breakfast very good as well. The bar & pool area is very good only slight complaint was queuing for sun beds at 9 but wd didn't bother as there was always room when we went down at 10, a facial mention to Mercedes in bar area who was very pleasant and hard working during our staff. 5 minute walk to main ***** & beach perfect location all in all very good place and would recommend to anyone.

Loved this hotel great staff food was lovely great location my sister and I had a lovely sea view room and we really enjoyed our stay.Grab a taxi from the airport its only 20 euro but to avoid having to queue book it through holiday extras

C’est mon troisième séjour en 2 ans , mais je suis très déçu de la nourriture et j’ai donc annulé mon prochain séjour initialement prévu en février 2024. La qualité des buffets a touché le fond … plus de show cooking contrairement à l’an dernier ; plats tièdes et monotones, cuisine basique de cantine : c’est lamentable !
