Seaside Los Jameos

We stayed for 5 nights with a 2.6 years old daughter and she love the place( the pool, playground both indoor and outdoor, arcade, daily kids club). Every night entertainment for kids and adult which we enjoyed it too and a relaxing ambience just a short walk and you have the front beach of Puerto del Carmen. A top notch food service especially we include the Half board (free breakfast and dinner) and the food are sumptuous with different variety to choice from. I definitely recommend the place.

What an amazing hotel and service. This was my first trip with family and the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant, right by the beach and just 5 minutes drive from airport. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay, swimming facilities etc. We traveled during Christmas and we were surprised on Christmas day with gifts in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Lanzarote.

Great location. Great accomodation. One thing, Trip advisor advertised a room with a view. The view was the entrance to another block of apartments. They gave me a few tokens for the inconvenience however they should be clear on whether the room has a view or not.

The food was excellent as was the hotel. The only negative was we could not pay with cash or debit card at the bar.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous food. All inclusive well worth it. Loads of food + drinks choices. Fresh fish, steaks cooked to your liking nightly + omelettes in the morning yum. Great location, very clean + comfortable. Since we missed dinner due to a late flight they had a food bag for us on check in. freshly prepared sandwiches, fruit + water, very thoughtful. Beautiful grounds + gardens. Entertainment af the hotel nightly.

This is my second visit to the hotel, this time as a solo. I can only echo and support all the positives about the staff, catering, gardens, rooms and entertainment. There is only area that could improve. Because of leaving the EU passport control took over an hour. This meant I arrived after the restaurant had closed for evening meal. The receptionist offered as she described it a small packed meal. The description was accurate. One suggestion. Could the hotel organise a small event for solo guests as a “get to know event” session once or twice a week. Thank you all, and I hope to return one day.

Currently staying here for my husband birthday. Can’t fault the place food amazing staff out of this world every one has a smile and the grounds outstanding. Thank you for all you did to make kevin’s birthday special. Will definitely be back. Very peaceful and relaxing

We were there for 8 nights wished we had stayed longer what an amazing experience staff are excellent nothing to much trouble food was lovely we went to eat a little later it was not too busy we stayed in room 4103 loved it spotless clean towels every day only thing I had a moan about was people putting their towels on sun bed at silly o’clock but never sat on them till the late afternoon other wise spot on really hope that when we go back next year that it will still be amazing after the refurbishment

We've been coming here for 10 years and the hotel have managed to give us the same room each time which means so much! We returned this year for our 10th anniversary and had a bottle of fizz waiting in the room and a special table allocated and decorated on our actual anniversary. Thanks so much for those special touches. It's fair to say there's been no major face-lift of the hotel since we started coming, but then I'm 10 years older and haven't had a face-lift either! There must be a constant maintenance plan because whilst thine rooms style remains the same, there is no evidence of wear and tear. I understand a revamp is planned for next year and we are excited to see this take shape. The eating area does get crowded and would probably benefit from some redesign. Queues for desserts were due to there being 'only'2 surfaces displaying them. Perhaps if they were more spread out it would help. That said, you cannot fault the food. It's by far the best all inclusive we've ever known. I'm gluten and dairy free and hubby is a pescetarian - not easy to feed! We ate 3 courses 3 times a day....and now we are back at the gym 🤣 If you're a meat eater the world is your oyster, steaks burgers chops sausages chicken breast kebabs...all cooked infront of you every night. Amazing salads. Just so much food I cannot comprehend the kitchen staffs task but they are incredibly hard working. It was a really lovely touch to see at least one hotel manager at every food service, and always helping to clear away or help with any issues. Shows excellent leadership I believe. Always plenty of sunbeds but we like the beach so it's 30 seconds out the back door and the WiFi still works on the sand! 10.50 euros for 2 sunbeds all day. We got a taxi from the airport as its 5 mins away and the shuttle bus wait makes me rage! It was 13 euros. On return you're the last pick up so no time wasted there. We'll be back for sure and I cannot wait. Thanks to all staff for keeping up the positive experience we've always had.
