Just arrived home from a 10 night stay in one of the Don Rafael Villas. The view alone was worth the money! On arrival, the villa was spotless and throughout our stay Ari kept our villa clean and supplied fresh towels every few days! We were even supplied swim towels which was fab! Plus there was a washing machine so you could wash your swim towels as required. The pool was clean and maintained most days and every member of staff was so friendly! I would recommend a hire car as you are quite far from the main ***** and beach! However there are supermarkets close by for the essentials. Including a Lidl. (5 mins walk) The only slight negative is there is no air con, however we requested fans for arrival in each of the 3 bedrooms and they helped massively. I would highly recommend these villas and will definitely return! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Pre-pandemic we stayed here on average twice a year since 2015. Bridgette was a pleasure to deal with. Check in took 2 minutes, all beds made and multiple towels provided. We had our first visit in 18 months this September and wow the changes made weren’t for the better. We never use the master bedroom as road noise makes it difficult to sleep and on windy nights it’s particularly noisy. Ok, there was only 2 of us in a 3 bed house but it felt like we were told which rooms we could use as only the master bed was made. We were provided 2 hand, bath, floor towels. I requested sheets to make up the room we prefer on day 2. I requested sheets again on day 4. We finally got them on day 5. The only pleasant people we dealt with were housekeeping and the pool cleaner. As I said the changes weren’t for the best

Just returned from villa don Rafael we have a wonderful time the villa was spotless clean and the pool is cleaned everyday,Sara is a brilliant host and always willing to help even when we had special request she went above and beyond.The cleaning lady was the same anything we asked for extra it was never a problem.The pool is brilliant and the views from the villa are outstanding and we are definitely returning next year 👍👍 Only negatives we had were the road traffic is a bit noisy at night and a air fryer would be a great addition as there is no oven and maybe air conditioning but the fans provided done the job,and sun beds are a bit tired

I would highly recommend these villas just back from a two week family holiday. Spectacular views having your on pool was amazing the best thing ever. Lovely cleaning woman who keep the villa spotless and changed the towel regularly. Sara was an excellent host a pleasure to deal with. I can't wait to go back next summer.

After being let down by a booking company 9 days before we were to travel, we contacted Villas Don Rafael directly and they said a villa was available. Thanks to Sara at the villas, who was an excellent Host with a cheery personality who took all the stress away on arrival. Villa was gorgeous and had terrific views. Thanks to Sara and colleagues for coming to the rescue. We will be back. Gracias
