Located near to airport. Clean and modern hotel with good service. Hotel is directly facing the beach too. Easy access.

Un hôtel propre avec un personnel très sympa, un emplacement idéal à 50 mètre de la plage et un buffet de petit-déjeuner assez complet, voilà je ne peut que le conseiller, le climat légèrement venteux mais très agréable ne nous aura pas gâché le séjour.

Lovely hotel layout, lovely friendly helpful staff, good choice of food for breakfast and evening meals, very clean rooms every day, comfiest mattress we have ever slept on in a hotel, very good singers in the entertainment. Only 1 negative, compared to other hotels we've stayed in, the lunchtime all inclusive food could be more varied, instead of just a few sandwiches, cakes and fruit. But that wouldn't stop us staying at this hotel.

Hotel fermé jusqu au 31 aout 2024. Hotel de grande classe, un peu a l’écart et offrant beaucoup de possibilités. Chambres très bien conçues, Bon bar à la piscine. Spectacles de qualité variable. Restaurant très correct. Bons services pour excursions, location de voitures et bicyclettes. Une Ile très spéciale, dominée par les volcans et l’architecture écologique de Cesar Manrique. Ne pas raterles excursions, à ne pas faire en voiture particuliere!

The hotel has very friendly, helpful staff. It is spotlessly clean and we had a relaxing time here. The only reason for 4 stars is the food is a bit repetitive and there aren't enough hot drink machines in the restaurant leading to queues at breakfast. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Very comfortable room with large cosy bed. All the stafff are very nice and friendly. Excellent food in large spotless restuarant. Great location , across the road from the beach. Lovely gardens in thechotel grounds. Never a problem getting a sun bed. We have just got back and booked again with Tui for later this year.

Hotel was spotless,all reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast and there was something for everyone from freshly made omelets to fruit and yogurt. Short walk to a selection of bars and restaurants and a gate that takes you onto the promenade. Lovely place.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 years. It's in a prime location, right on the promenade overlooking Playa Pocillos. The staff all work hard and are efficient and friendly. The public areas are bright and spacious. The beds are large and comfortable and there is ample storage in the bedrooms. We only stay bed and breakfast as we like to go out in the evenings to bars and restaurants. Breakfast food is varied and plentiful. The hot drinks from machines are a bit of a nuisance as they are quite slow. The grounds are lovely though the pool is cold, so it doesn't get used as much as it should. The hotel is closing for a major refurbishment of rooms so we are looking forward to seeing them when we go again in December.
