Hotel Las Costas

Really nice break to get away from a cold UK February. Fortunate with the weather, which was warm and breezy. The hotel was great in all respects and an ideal location for us. The Pilates/Yoga/Fitness classes were a great step up from the usual and ideal for us. We would certainly come back here again.

What a holiday. It was amazing from check in with Ulrika to check out 10 days later. The check in was smooth and very informative with Ulrika and then the porter took our cases and showed us too our room, which was spotless and large and in a great position. Breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choice. And fresh eggs made to order were great. The pool bar was fantastic as were the staff especially Carlos and Aythami. So professional but very good and an asset to the hotel, never stopped working. We will definitely return to this beautiful island and hotel again. Thank you for the perfect hospitality.

Just returned from a weeks stay at Las Costas. Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Before we arrived, I emailed the hotel to let them know we would be at the hotel at 11 am. They had our room ready for us when we arrived. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and were spotlessly clean and cleaned every day throughout our stay. The cleaners were friendly and such hard workers. The beds were very comfy. Decent shower and a decent hair dryer, too. The bathroom could do with a makeover, as it is a bit worn. There was something for everyone at breakast, although it was like the hunger games on occasion, everyone cutting in front of you for food ad if they haven't been fed before. The pool was lovely but only used it once. Didn't have lunch or dinner here and was out every night, so I missed the entertainment, but the cocktails were really good. I would recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Clean comfortable hotel with good quality food, well cooked, varied and tasty. Our room (1089) was spacious and good sized private patio. Pool was good sized with plenary of sunbeds. Only downsides were no drinking water in the room and the TV was small.

Have being returning to this hotel since 2010, And love it.The staff are all friendly from reception to household cleaning to the gardeners and it’s been great to see the same staff there year after year.The food was as good as ever,with everybody’s taste catered for.The location is just perfect with access to the beautiful beach of los picillos on your door step.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2023 for a relatively low price and for 1 week and let me say it was amazing for this type of trip. While I don't think I'd go for a 2 week, middle-of-the-summer holiday, I think this is a wonderful destination for 4-10 days in the March-May and September-October time as this has ideal weather for the foreigner. It is situated in a really great location compared as it is near the airport and is at the beginning of a fairly long stretch of shops, restaurants and bars. The food was great and the room was amazing. The pool is the only small gripe I have as it was a bit basic and salt water. But all in all a superb holiday.

Great spot next to the beach. Lovely staff, great comfortable accommodation. Lovely food. Our second visit we will be back.

A wonderful 4 star hotel made even better by the front office staff. No visible sign of any manager during my holiday but the front office staff did her/his job . On arrival at the Hotel we received a friendly ,pleasant and informative greeted by the front office receptionist . 10/10. A porter brought our luggage to our well appointed , spotless room which was expertly cleaned daily 10/10. I looked forward to Breakfast and Dinner as the selection, variety of available food was excellent 10/10. The restaurant staff were in no way helpful . The Breakfast staff were organised but the Dinner staff , especially the ladies were having chats with each other 4/10. We were assisted at the Carvery by a wonderful Chef, Ismael , a wonderful ambassador. Chefs on the Carvery should wear name badges as they were all so helpful.10/10. The Restaurant needs a Manager. The Bar staff are professional and friendly. Why not use the same house wine in the restaurant as the Bar. Having a glass of wine in the Bar is a good experience but I would advise bringing your wine from the Bar into the restaurant as the house wine in the restaurant is undrinkable . I loved my stay and will return in September. I have been going to Lanzarote for 20 years and this was the best venue I have ever holidayed at. Beware of a restaurant directly across the road “Costa Luz”. They quoted me €10.50 for the special and charged me €24.95( See “Costa Luz” on TripAdvisor “) A great Lunch across from the Hotel “ Roadside Grill Steak House” , Try the Sirlion Steak and the Prawn Cocktail
