Just returned from 9 day stay, hotel spotless. The beautiful pool area had sun beds around it, also there is a separate sunbathing area with sea views, we had no problem getting a sun bed, you are asked not to reserve beds if your not using them and in general I would say people took this on board. Our room was down the hill nearer the main beach area and it was spotless and cleaned with fresh towels every two days. Plenty of kitchen items if you wanted to self-cater and all furniture was like new. Some noise from the bottle bank across the road as it was emptied early each day but this did not bother us to much. Very handy location near to the beach, restaurants and bars. Yes the hill up to the main entrance is steep but it’s what I expected and worth it for the views. 100 percent will return.

Hôtel très propre et bien situé pour visiter Lanzarote. Proche de la plage et des commerces.Le personnel est super sympa et accueillant. Ménage fait tout les deux jours. Les appartements ont été rénovés et disposent de tout le confort. 2 télés à disposition, une dans le salon et une dans la chambre.

We stayed for a couple of nights on New Year's Eve and the hotel is fine, clean with friendly staff, with 3 separate areas with loads of sun beds to sit and enjoy the sun. We didn't eat here as a couple of minutes down the hill are all the restaurants and bars where two breakfasts were €17, it's a perfect location but it's situated on heart attack hill if you know the area.
Our apartment was fine clean and modern with loads of room BUT it was 100 yards down the steepest hill in PDC, holding onto the cases was a major obstacle then lifting them up 3 flights of stairs was really hard work.
There's no lifts at all.
Ensure you get a pool side room or you're in for a tricky ride.
But in leaving you had the final kick in the minerals of pushing your cases up to reception to check out. There is a luggage room to store your cases while we spent the day by the pool before our taxi over to Playa Blanca.
Overall a very nice hotel in a great location for the main *****.

Best apartments we have stayed at in Lanzarote. Very clean, modern, spacious, good sized balcony, black out curtains, bathrobes provided, Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom with BBC, ITV and channel 4 available. Hotel area also very clean and modern with friendly helpful staff. Very nice pool and sunbathing area with sea view. Only 2 min walk away from bars and restaurants but not too close so no noise at night time. Brilliant, we will be back next year.

Love this hotel, apartment is comfortable, modern and contains all you need. Lovely big king size bed.
Pool area is heaven, so peaceful and wonderful view's.
Only drawbacks were, our room was next to the street, and theres alot of noise often from the recycling bottles banks.
In 4 days, cleaning only happened once. They changed the towels, made the bed, but didn't actually do any cleaning
The location is great for old and new town and we probably wouldn't stay anywhere else other than here next time we come puerto del carmen.

Firstly, I emailed in advance about getting a nice room because it’s our anniversary. The room looks directly at the huge air con unit on the roof in front of us. Obscuring the view. Also, it’s quite noisy. The room itself is poorly painted in places with bubbling paint. It has a musty smell. Also, the breakfast is of very poor quality. The ingredients feel very cheap. From the bread which is still cold from being defrosted to the orange juice which feels synthetic. Surely you could do fresh orange juice in Spain. It is my first time staying here and I booked directly. I don’t think I will be back nor recommend this to friends. All of the above were mentioned to the people at reception to no avail.

We stayed for a week from 12th March on a self catering basis. Supermarket across the road made it straight forward. Room was modern and very clean, cleaners visit every other day. Nice touches are liquid soap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as tea towel and replenished loo roll’s etc. Pool is great and very refreshing, plenty of sun loungers with a terraced area for those who prefer it more quiet. Staff were great and very helpful. It was a surprise to have to purchase Wi-Fi each day but this did not distract at all. Short walk down the hill to the main ***** and beach. Overall great location, very clean and modern.

Réservé par l'intermédiaire de Leclerc voyages, départ de Lyon avec easyJet. Bel ensemble d'appartements donnant directement sur la rembla. Les appartements sont repartis sur plusieurs niveaux avec des escaliers. La literie est très bonne, téléviseur dans la chambre, quitchinette équipée, salon avec téléviseur grand écran, frigo et table de cuisson. Balcon terrasse avec deux chaise et une table. Ensemble très calme, on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue. Il faut impérativement demander une chambre vue mer, pour éviter d'être côté rue, car il y a un dépôt de poubelles et verres à côté. Nombreux restaurants dans la rue en contre bas. Asiatique, Texmex, de viandes rouges grillées, pas de spécialités Espagnoles, la clientèle est surtout anglo-saxonne, allemande et hollandaise, pas de menu en Français et peu de serveurs parlent Français.

We have just returned from 10 nights at this hotel and we had a fantastic time, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was only 5 metres from the pool and there was always plenty of Sunbeds available. We were on b&b and the breakfasts were really good, plenty of choice and different on a daily basis. We would definitely return to this hotel again.
