Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casas Heddy. L’hôtel est calme et très bien entretenu, le personnel est très accueillant et la piscine est extra. Mention spéciale pour Mickael, coach sportif toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique.

The hotel was in a peaceful location with a bit of a walk to the harbor. The food in the snack bar was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. Clean quiet and friendly. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place for you. Staff are friendly and helpful

Had a lovely stay over Chris**as at Casas Heddy. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was perfect, plenty of choice for all tastes. The swimming pool was perfect and the grounds lovely and peaceful. We had read the posts about the walk into the Old Town and it was actually easier and quicker than we were expecting. I think some rooms were better than others. We had a 2nd floor room with lovely terrace whereas my in-laws had a ground floor room with less "outside" space and not such a modern or spacious bathroom. We also thought teas and coffees should be replenished when the rooms were cleaned. However the staff were great and it was a very chilled holiday which is what we were after. Would definitely stay again.

Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂

Poor service at the bar. No table service & the chef did not make food after 3.30 look to be very lazy. When I asked could I be served they answered yes. I waited for 15 min before returning to the bar. I asked again if I could order food they just looked over to the chef who wax shaking her head. Very poor especially as I had enjoyed the pool & room.

I visited Casas Heddy as a solo traveller in August 2023. It was a super experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. The other guests were also lovely too and I felt very safe and comfortable while there.
The facilities were great, super food and a lovely swimming pool and handy gym and classes.
I would definitely recommend Casas Heddy to anyone.

Basic rooms with terrace overlooking the garden and not overlooked. Convenient location because it is next to the road so you can go wandering after breakfast. The bustling old town is 1.1 km away so it takes 15 minutes on foot.

Very good hotel, basic rooms with a walk-in shower. No French channels on TV. Breakfast is served as a sweet or savory buffet. Lunch or dinner in the form of a restaurant with menu and table service. Note that the water carafe does not exist. And it's surprising that the hotel charges for a bottle of water during a meal instead of slightly increasing its price. At the pool as usual some people leave their towels lying around to reserve a deckchair! The staff are adorable but unfortunately do not speak French. To go down to town by the sea it is 1.1 km so approx. 15 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants with mainly British customers.

Rooms very basic got tea and coffee on first day then didn't get any the rest of the week thought rooms should be cleaned everyday especially as the bins need emptying as have to put toilet tissue in them from photos looked like all rooms had sunbeds but out of six of us only one couple had them not enough sunbeds round the pool and people were putting towels on them very early in morning noone stopping them and sunbeds very tired looking
