Schöne Anlage mit direktem Meerblick (abhängig von der Kategorie) und gepflegter Umgebung. Das Essen (Buffet) war lecker. Wir waren im „Royal Level“ - der Preisplan bezüglich inkludierten Snacks/Drinks war aber nicht immer klar.

El hotel es todo un acierto. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y tranquilas. El personal es de lo mejor pero tenemos que destacar a Alessandro, Tania y Kataysa por su dedicación hacia nosotros…sois muy especiales. También Reyna,Alina,Laura,Osama,Jade y Camilo por su atención exquisita. Daniel y Janet ,los cocineros, gracias por vuestro cuidado con tanto cariño. Caroline y Axel gracias también por vuestra cercanía. Luisa ,la socorrista,eres mundial,echamos de menos nuestras charlas. Muy recomendable ir al spa y a cenar a La Dolce Vita para disfrutar de su comida riquísima,sus puestas de sol y el trato excepcional de Dayra y Giusy. Gracias a todos…nos vemos el año que viene.😃😃😍😍

Un séjour formidable dans un cadre très agréable : une suite avec terrasse privative, une piscine grande et chauffée, des jardins bien entretenus, une ambiance sympa avec une animation sportive proposées dans la joie et la bonne humeur par l'adorable Dorka. Un restaurant à la terrasse et l'ambiance cosy au Terra Sana. Un personnel aux petits soins grâce à Samantha et toute l'équipe... Bref, de vraies vacances !

Ottima struttura con servizi di livello, bellissime suit curate in ogni particolare con accappatoi, prodotti da bagno, ciabatte asciugamani in quantità sia per la stanza che per piscina. Buoni ristoranti con locali molto curati e personale professionale, ottima pulizia sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Animazione efficace e tranquilla non invadente, possibilità di utilizzo Spa e minigolf. Servizio di reception efficiente e cordiale.

Such a disappointment. We expected so much more. There aren’t enough subbed and umbrellas in the adults royal area, most beds are reserved and then left for hours at a time The room design is very odd. Room was tired, air con leaked and buzzed. Mini bar only free first time round , after that charged. Royal reception needed more staff Food, okay but needed more choice, some show cooking perhaps and a change in design (very like school dinner hall) Some staff intimidating You can’t just pop to reception, it’s a sprawling hotel so be prepared for that Mini golf was always too busy The snack bar at the pool serves the best food…hot, fresh and tasty apart from the Caesar salad that can minus the dressing Entertainment was limited to solo female singers, some good, some not Shower facilities at reception littered with towels and so hot and humid. Try and extend room if you can.

Just had another 2 weeks at the royal level and have to say it is still great , yes the food is a bit bland at times and could do with another 5 minutes in the heat but it's decent quality, the sunbed area is still in need of sorting out as some days there are no spare beds , again an easy fix , move the cabanas up to the top behind where they are now and sort the area out they are in and you would get another 20 beds , problem solved ! I may admit the cleaner in our room 5103 wasn't very good , she never swept the leaves cup outside all she did was sweep them on to the gravel so they just blew back on the balcony on the wind and she was as miserable as sin! But apart for them little bits we have a great stay and will no doubt be back soon :)

Everything from the suite, the location, the food, to the staff - amazing. Only one gripe which isn't staff related, is the towels reserving sunbeds rigmarole!

Cold chips, cold potato’s, cold pizza, don’t think the menu is designed for the brits they had Chinese night but nothing that is on our menu back home. Had a Spanish night with the famous canarian potatoes but were freezing.
