Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

I don’t even know how to begin. This was such a boring hotel I understand it’s adults only but adults need entertainment too. Food was like something from a school canteen but even that was better than here. Cleanliness was great entertainment boring supposedly started at 8 but nothing started till after 9:30 and even then it was poor. Music played in the bar was awful it was just bad covers of pop songs. Pool great however there was cracks at the bottom so imagine you cut your foot if you jumped in. Tables at the side of the lounger didn’t get cleaned and mini bar wasn’t free even on all inclusive. Definitely not worth the price I payed for the week. Lovely reception staff specifically the man with the glasses drink options very limited

Lovely hotel , very clean and modern. In a good location as not too far from the main ***** of bars and restaurants but far enough away to avoid the noise. There is a few faults with our stay : - The Staff, We stopped a total of 4 nights and 5 days. Only 1 member of staff was pleasant to us in that time most of them were involved in their own conversations or would put their head down as you walked past. Personally this put us off hence why we have rated this 3/5 as staff are a big part of the hotel. - The Food, Its a very basic buffet however we found Lunch & Dinner is pretty much the same meals so even though we were all inclusive we ate out most nights as the buffets was the same food which isn’t great as there was so variety in food. There is also A lot of fish so if you’re not a big fish eater i’d go with B&B. - The Entertainment, There was loads advertised yet nothing ever took place. We were told there was pool aerobics - this never took place on any days advertised. All in all a lovely modern hotel and great location. Improvements on the staff and food are needed.

This hotel has many good points but with tighter management could be so much better. Transfer time from airport was about thirty minutes. The staff all worked very hard, especially the cleaners and those in the restaurant. Our room and all public areas were spotless. We thought the food was fine; we were pleased with the wide range of fish served but can understand that if anyone isn't keen on fish that might considerably limit their choices. Gluten-free bread could be requested at breakfast ( and I guess at other meals if required ) but there was no separate toaster. There was a fair range of daytime activities ( stretching, zumba, water aerobics ) but very few participants. It was only after returning home that it occurred to us that, apart from in the restaurant, there was no obvious Management presence. This is quite unusual in a hotel of this type and more pro-active management could possibly have resolved some of the issues and ensured that more detailed information was available. We only found out by chance that there was a book exchange ( in the lower-level room near the table tennis table ). We were aware of the roof-top area from previous reviews but within the hotel it wasn't publicised at all ( at the latter there were no obvious notices that guests should shower before using the hot tubs – which we decided not to use as they each had scum, which we trust was suncream, floating on the top ). We have stayed in various brands of hotel such as this ( adult only, all inclusive ) and feel we had fairly realistic expectations. We found the drinks here to be an exceptionally low standard and the evening entertainment ( with the exception of one singer to whom several guests danced ) was very poor. As well as the main pool there was a small infinity pool overlooking the sea. The sunbeds there were always “ fully booked “ ( but rarely occupied ) very early each day. Overall there were plenty of sunbeds but only around half a dozen parasols. The structure of the hotel meant that by late afternoon most sunbeds were in the shade and guests were asked not to move them; rather than move some into the sun the attendant simply stacked them up at the first opportunity so we then generally went to the very wide sandy beach which is around a ten minute walk away ( the area adjacent to the hotel is rocky and houses some Barbary squirrels ). In the local area there are a couple of developments being built. These weren't noisy but we felt the area overall was a bit run down. In summary we mainly enjoyed our holiday here but unfortunately wouldn't return.

Me and my husband have just come back from Ereza Mar, we had the best time ever, was a very relaxing hotel. We always managed to get sunbeds by the sea front pool, and what a view to have all day in the sun! The other reviews on here don’t do it justice at all - the staff were super friendly to us, I guess if you treat people nicely that you will get treated nicely? Rooms were spotless, the cleaners work so hard! Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us directions and a map showing us how to get to the market etc. Food was lovely, lots of variety and staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. Bar staff were really nice, and very generous with the drinks! The hotel also has two cats which are very well looked after, just the cutest! Lots to do around the area too, some lovely restaurants along the beach and lots of shops to go to. The E scooters are a must! So fun to get around on! All in all, we will definitely come back next year, without a doubt! Thank you!!

The stay at the hotel was great. Hotel Eraza Mar has an amazing location right next to the ocean, one of the swimming pools overlooking the ocean, varied food, rooms cleaned every day, everything is very clean, hotel staff very helpful and nice. The animator Dario deserves special recognition, as he entertained us with various sports and musical activities. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel is lovely and clean rooms are nice and clean. Our bed was uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep through the night as the air con was useless. Food is repeatative and not hot enough. One night the chicken was raw, I told the guy and he said he would let them know but still left the tray of chicken out for people to continue to eat. Sun beds in the sun were always reserved early which was very annoying. No real atmosphere at night . Would we return? No even the town was boring.
