La propiedad por fuera está impecable, bien pintada los jardines muy bonitos, la joya es la alberca. Las habitaciones ya se ve un poco antiguas y se ven un tanto descuidadas pero funcionales. En genera fuera de eso yo si regresaría. La ubicación es excelente y las camas muy cómodas.

Todo en general es excelente excepto por el área de restaurante, donde el gran problema es la poca variedad de alimentos y precios altos.
Las fuentes nunca las prendieron, el gimnasio es casi nulo y la restricción a introducir alimentos es absurda.
Vale mucho la pena si lo que buscas es relajarte

Solo tiene 1 persona encargada de alberca y restaurante y 1 en recepción. Moi fue un amor con lo que podía hacer, pero la atención de los demás era muy mala, la limpieza no existe en el lugar, sus toallas asquerosas, llegaban repletas de maquillaje o embarradas de comida, y las que parecían limpias apestaban. Su aire acondicionado no sirve, sus televisoras no se ven nada, no tienen ni una toalla extra, ni almohada ni sábana, ni nada, no tienen ningún buen servicio para decirse hotel. Ni si quiera te apoyan con las maletas.
El hotel se ve bonito en fotos, pero es lo único que tiene, sus fotos.

Deben mejorar la lencería del hotel esta un poco vieja.
El restaurante del hotel es extremadamente caro.
