Énorme déception. J'avais sélectionné cet hôtel pour profiter de son emplacement en bord de mer immédiat. Mais l'agencement étrange de l'hôtel fait que la plupart des chambres donnent sur le couloir, obligeant à fermer les rideaux qui sont des rideaux occultants. Résultat : d'une chambre super lumineuse avec possiblement vue sur mer que vous espériez, vous vous retrouvez dans une chambre complètement sombre. Aucun intérêt dès lors d'être au bord de la mer. (Photos prises porte ouverte et rideaux ouverts).
La qualité générale de l'hôtel est moyenne, et les prix pratiqués sont donc excessifs.
Taille de la chambre correcte, mais :
- pas de chaise ni table disponibles. Vous n'avez que votre lit pour vous asseoir, manger, travailler,....
- climatisation bruyante, que vous ne pouvez donc pas laisser fonctionner la nuit si vous voulez dormir correctement.
- penderie, mais pas de porte-manteaux dedans.
- un réfrigérateur, mais qui ne fait pas de froid, voire qui chauffe.
- pas de gel douche disponible dans la douche
Pas de problème sur la propreté. Bonne qualité de literie également.
Petit-déjeuner simple, servi à l'assiette.
Pas un hôtel où je reviendrai et que je recommande pas forcément non plus.

Nirvana Resort is a lovely place to stay and relax whilst in puerto galera.
The resort and the rooms are all finished to high standard and very well maintained. Thorough cleaning everyday stands out as does the cheerful and helpful service from the team at Nirvana.
Food is very good, breakfast and dinner extensive menu for all tastes.
We will return to Nirvana if we are in puerto galera in future.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and we found the perfect place. Resort was clean, well kept and staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was great, we ordered Bistek and their signature battered fried chicken , both were cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back with our grown kids , they will love the infinity pool overlooking the beach.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating though I was unable to check in just 15 minutes early. Food was very good but a bit pricey. Appreciated breakfast and ferry terminal shuttle bus service included in nightly rate. Pool is great, but it closes a bit early, and the ocean view is gorgeous. Just a short tricycle ride away from convenience stores, bakeries, etc. Went to White Beach by tricycle as well. Safe and quiet place to stay.

My "deluxe" room (and I was told all "deluxe room" are like this) has NO sunlight, NO desk, NO chair and the so-called queen-size bed was not even a double-bed and I wonder how two adults can sleep comfortably. Luckily I was solo. Bathroom was so small that there was no space for my toilet case. YES, it was very clean. I also was hearing noises from neighbors because the only window there is was to the very narrow corridor crammed with "other doors". Included "breakfast" consisted on two toast and my "Spanish Omelet" consisted a super oily two fried eggs cooked along a few "French fries". A disgrace, giving Spanish Omelet a bad name. Front beach is not clean and no one was swimming. Pool was far cleaner and much nicer (a bit too shallow). Luckily I only booked ONE night and the high point of my stay was when I checkout, hopefully once and for all.

We had fun with the infinity pool and the overlooking the seashore. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The staff were accommodating. It was an experience.
