Good location, other than that ---yikes!

The staff of this hotel is nice and welcoming. Alfredo was very helpfull and very nice. The hotel is near from the center which is very good. The room needs some renovation but overall it was a good experience at Puerto Iguazu.

Great simple little place — just the basics, but clean and comfortable with very nice staff.

The location is good and the people were friendly (although no English spoken). However, the rooms smelled of mold, the walls looked like they were in the process of renovation (lots of holes), the towels were stiff, linens were old and very used, and dogs were barking most of the night. Would not recommend - there are lots of other places to stay.

Located a 10min walk from the main street, there isn't much wrong with the location. In fact, it could be an adventage in terms of a more quiet place for a good night rest. But... unfortunately that is not what you will find here. Isolation is zero, so you will hear every sound. The weird thing with this place is that it has permanent residents on the premisses too (so it seems). And they don't seem to care about their continuously barking dogs. In other words, even with earplugs you will not sleep well. As for the rooms; basic hostel style. Bed is very basic and quite small. Bathroom the same thing, but shower provides hot water. Rooms come with a tv, but only with limited local channels which are useless for the average tourist. Breakfast is included but will not make you happy. Literally nothing is nutricious. I am aware that I am writing about a cheap rated hostel. But people should not think that cheap needs to be simular to unhealthy. It really is not difficult to provide some healthy options at breakfast. This is a persistent problem throughout north and south america. People should no longer accept that so many places only offer unhealthy food. Conclusion for this place: if you need a bed at a low rate, and you don't care for anything else, you will do fine. In any other case, look for a place elsewhere.
