The room is clean and sanitary. The location is relatively remote. The front desk service generally has a delicious breakfast with abundant fruits. The taxis in the lobby feel a bit expensive, and the steps to enter are abstractly designed.

No es la primera vez que visito Iguazu, y la verdad nos encanto el hotel, las instalaciones, su confort, comodidad, modernidad y apariencia en general. El área de la piscina es espectacular. Tiene una vista increíble. Muy buena ubicación para hacer todo a pie. Y el personal super destacable y muy amable y predispuesto para todo. Volveremos 100%.

We stayed in the hotel on April 21 for 3 nights. On our last day, returning in the room in the afternoon, I layered a 100 dollar bill in the safe on top of my other belongings so that it would dry. The reason is that I walked in poring rain and I and my clothes were completely wet even the bill in my pocket. Returning in the room at 9:30pm with great surprise!!, the safe didn't open with my usual code, " something was definitely wrong", so I contacted front desk, they sent a maintenance person to open the safe and I was surprise that $100.00 bill was missing from the top. I reported the accident to a person by name FABIO at front desk that assured me that they would check the cameras and keep me informed to whoever entered in our roon and stole the money. Until today May 6 nobody has called me or emailed me with an update of the investigation. I definitely think that was one of your employee of the hotel, plus my other friends that where in another room, mentioned that one day in the afternoon somebody walked in their room and excused him self, he was in the wrong room!!!!. Stay a way from this hotel

The pool was great. All employees are good to deal with. Many taxi drivers available to take you to the 2 parks, airport etc
