What we spent at this hotel was simply surreal. We chose a hotel that was supposedly quiet, reserved, surrounded by nature and without children, thinking that we would have moments of rest and peace. It turns out that every day between 9 and 12 in the morning an employee uses a motorized leaf blower to clean the breakfast area, the pool and the rooms, making a deafening noise like a chainsaw. We complained several times to reception and the response was: sorry ma'am, we have to clean the hotel. And the noise continued... We left there extremely stressed and outraged by the hotel staff's lack of common sense and consideration. We will never return and we don't want anyone to have to go through the same situation.

I would not return to the hotel, although the deluxe room I had was beautiful and with an incredible view, the wifi was almost not available, I had to put my password on Netflix because they did not have a paid account, and one rainy day I needed security service. room to be able to have dinner they never answered me. Ive been in contact with the hotel before arriving. The Price they had given me on transfer was 1/3 of what it was when we arrived. Service was slow during the stay. They missed a fair few things on the menu in the resturant. When we had to check out (wich Took 30 minutes for the receptionist) they did not have the slips of Bills from the resturant that was signed. Also i asked if it could be any faster and the receptionist told me: you should have gotten up earlier. I was chocked and honnestly never before have i tried that a check out with a Card on file could take 30 minutes and the receptionist could be so rude.
Stay for the soroundibgs and the pool.

Love the feeling of being in the middle of a rainforest/jungle. Surroundings are magical. Staff go above and beyond to be sure you are taken care of.
Will recommend to anyone visiting the area. I want to return to spend more time at this lodge.
