Great hotel, nice and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and nice and cool. They are renovating and did not know this in advance. The swimming pool is also a bit outdated.

Salvo algún detalle todo perfecto. La habitación grande y funcional. El servicio en general bien. A mejorar la actitud de una chica del servicio en la cena. Si estás cansada, te vas pero no se paga con los clientes. Por otro lado, mal que se estropee la tostadora de pan en el desayuno y no haya repuesto en un hotel así. Lo mejor, la experiencia con Antonio, el guía del hotel. Recomendable sin duda.

The accomadations were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The included breakfast buffet was extensive. The only two issues were that the safe in the room was broken and there was no shelf in the shower to place items on.

Foi sensacional a estadia lá, otimo atendimento, otimo restaurante, otima area de piscina, atendimento muito bom. O unico inconveniente é que o carrinho que leva pros quartos vive estragado, e não é possível ir com o carro. Um subidão de lascar!! ahahhahaha. Mas tudo valeu a pena!!

The staff was super helpful and attentive. They arranged for taxis and allowed us to use the facilities after checkout until we left for the airport for a 10 pm flight.
We were in a brand new room and it was lovely with a nice balcony and view of the river. The location worked well for us-a reasonable walk into town

The setting of the hotel, the very well decorated rooms with balconies overlooking the Rio Iguazu with spacious bathrooms were perfect! And enjoying the swimming pool while drinking a refreshment after visiting the falls was a delight, we had a great time!
