La ubicación del hotel es buena y estratégicamente cómoda tanto para viajar al centro de Puerto Iguazú como a cataratas y aeropuerto. El desayuno es bueno, todo muy rico, pero por ser un cuatro estrellas podrían agregar mas frutas. Las camas y almohadas espectaculares! Las habitaciones alejadas entre sí le dan un toque de privacidad y silencio. La pileta divina, el hidromasaje en mi balcón también. Wifi con poco alcance, la antena de tv también … deberían mejorarlo. Solo quedé decepcionada con una situación en el momento de hacer check out; en horario de desayuno me ofrecieron guardar mi equipaje en un cuarto. Cuando terminé y fui a retirarlo, la luz de éste estaba prendida y mi valija corrida de lugar. Alguna mano larga se llevó algunos chocolates que tenía en mi equipaje. Asique les recomiendo que no utilicen ese servicio. Ya que parece que todos los empleados tienen la misma tarjeta para ingresar a ese ‘cuarto de guardado seguro’.

Hotel that deserves the stars it has. Maybe the review would be different if it were a two or even a three star. The administration staff is very short. With difficulty understanding the guest and responding to the query. In the restaurant the staff always forgot a dish or mistakenly brought a different one. Cold or raw food. Expensive compared to price-quality. There are hotels in the jungle sector with better quality and lower price.

BAD HOTEL IN RELATION TO THE STARS IT HAS AND WHAT IT IS. BAD PILLOWS. BREAKFAST AND BAD MEALS. OLD BREAD AND POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. THE ATTENTION OF THE STAFF VERY POOR, THEY ALWAYS CONFUSED THE DISHES ORDERED, NEVER ANSWER A QUERY, IGNORANCE AND LACK OF EXPERIENCE. DAILY CLEANING OF THE ROOMS EXCELLENT. VERY NICE FACILITIES.
