The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

Good swimming pool, breakfast also very good, one of the best restaurants in this location, good staff, I recommend it!!!

Choosing the right hotel is very necessary for visiting the top ten waterfalls in the World Natural Heritage. We rely heavily on hotels for food, accommodation and transportation. The town has not yet been fully commercialized and is not very convenient, but the hotel can help tourists complete most of their arrangements, which is great! Free travel is the best choice

The hotel is very quiet, but the traffic is a little inconvenient. The facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are very good, the room is big enough, but the first floor is a bit damp. The breakfast is quite rich. It is recommended to travel alone, and it is better to rent a car for convenience.

A great 4 star hotel that could be a 5 star. Spacious, surrounded by nature, good attention from the staff. Pool and outdoor area to highlight. And 5 star breakfast! Very good hotel.
