The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to Argentina, poor environment, poor hygiene, old facilities, and even the Internet was very slow... Choose carefully

This hotel deserve 3 stars at best. It was simply bad and in need of massive fixing. Everything was poor, from checkin, pool, restaurants and fitness room. E.g. Sitting in our room we clearly heard people talking in the hallway, not to mention getting woken up by the tv in the room next door … As well as going to the gym to learn that the treadmill was dead … Not something to be expected from a 5 (!?!) star hotel.

Excellent location with a view of three countries. Despite being in a process of renovation the facility was in excellent condition, clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful. The outdoor pool is phenomenal.

We paid for a garden view room and they surprised us by giving us the AMAZING 4th floor suite of the hotel. The employees were perfect (the best thing about the hotel) we had a lot of rain on 3 out of 4 days and when we wanted to take advantage of the hotel with all its services having restaurants in it, we found ourselves with TOTALLY EXORBITANT PRICES! Designed entirely for foreigners who earn in dollars! A dinner for 2 60,000 pesos! READY WITH THAT I SAID EVERYTHING YES SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS 😡 crazy! I asked if the rest belonged to the hotel and they said yes! A shame, with reasonable prices, the 4 days would have been consumed in the place.

My experience was excellent, we only stayed for one day. We took advantage of the pool and bar, great drinks and the large pool.
The room is beautiful and the view is incredible, we had a small problem with our air conditioning which was not cold and the hotel kindly gave us another room.
Wonderful breakfast with many varieties.

The hotel is very good although it needs renovation, I do not recommend at all because the restaurant is expensive and bad. The Hotel is nice, it is not a five star. The attention of the staff is very good but it lacks some renovation in general. Don't eat in the restaurant. The mission is very expensive and not worth it. It is better to go out and eat on Cordoba Street at the wheel or at Aqva. In the restaurant, the mission two coffees 10,000 pesos. And both the food and the breakfast are not tasty.
