The hotel environment is unique, the hygiene is OK, the breakfast is poor, and the dinner is good value for money. The biggest problem is communication. The airport pick-up was agreed, but it was not possible in the end despite repeated confirmation. It was originally said that one airport drop-off could be provided, and it was repeatedly confirmed, but in the end I still had to pay for it myself, and it was more expensive than others... I was very speechless. I don't know if it was a language problem or they were playing dumb... I have to praise Ctrip's customer service here. After listening to my complaint, they immediately stated that Ctrip would compensate for a pick-up.

Guestroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amenities lacking. No hand soap, hairdryer did not work, and limited towels. The animal habitat behind the hotel was atrocious. The poor animals were kept in dirty and cramped conditions. I wish I had not seen it. Although we had requested two beds in the room, we were assigned a room with one bed, and after demanding a change were accommodated.

Wonderful quirky hotel with an interesting collection of objects. Obviously owned by someone with a love of their culture. Wildlife Park at back is definitely worth a visit. Food and staff excellent. Recommend the Pacu fish. Thanks to Facundo!

Others have said the rooms were large but ours was nothing like the pictures. Room for a bed with little storage space. There was a safe, a fridge, TV and kettle (but no tea/coffee.) The grounds are lovely and there is a butterfly farm and small 'zoo' although it didn't look well cared for. There is an outside pool although I didn't see anyone using it. The hotel had a lovely restaurant and lounge/reception area. We had a good breakfast daily and ate once in the restaurant. We also ate in the hotel restaurant across the road and had an excellent meal there. The hotel is about 3kms from downtown but not much there except a few shops and restaurants. It is safely walkable but we took a taxi.

Vinimos por recomendación y por interés en un hotel ecosustentable, por su ambiente exterior, el mariposario y el bioparque. The grounds are beautiful and charming. Plus the connected (and included for free) eco-park is great. The butterfly nursery alone was worth the price of the room.

This was a 5 out of 5 star experience. Although this hotel is situated far away from the city center, it was conveniently located across the street from the Marco Polo restaurant. The setting for the hotel is very picturesque and lovely. It looks like it is set in a forest. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There was peace and calm at this location, and it was easy to get a great night's sleep.

Hotel superou expectativas, muito limpo de verdade atento aos detalhes de limpeza, banho bom, cama boa porém pra mim colchão muito macio, café da manhã básico bom, jardim muito legal cheio de detalhes... recomendo para família crianças pq tem um anexo chamado Biocentro que tem bichos e um borboletario muito legal, está próximo à estrada, porém o barulho cessa logo... toalhas boas e lençol de algodão de boa qualidade e limpo... ah pra mim também travesseiro alto, no estacionamento fica um guarda muito educado, pq é na frete do hotel.
