Место красивое, и не в самом центре, но до него приятно прогуляться минут 20. Рядом остановка транспорта, если не хочется гулять. До водопадов отправляется автобус практически на выходе из территории отеля.
Номер просторный, но немного старое оборудование.
Не хватает стульев на балконе.
В таком чудесном пространстве хотелось бы более внимательного персонала и клиентоориентированности.
Очень долго тянут с заселением, хотя номера готовы.
Завтрак не дотягивает до 4 звезд, много испорченных фруктов, нет никаких овощей. И омлет не готов всегда, рассчет на то, что доготовится на месте, но это не работает.
Но территори отеля очень красивая и зеленая!

If you don't speak Spanish don't visit this hotel. Made me feel unwanted because I don't speak Spanish.

La verdad que para ser 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear. El hall era lo único utilizable, de hecho me clavaron 4 hs ahí hasta que nos asignaron habitación. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, la alfombra del pasillo toda manchada, lo cual daba aspecto a sucio. El personal ni buen día, poca iniciativa y 0 empatía. El desayuno sin variedad más que unas medialunas y panificados de poco sabor, fruta solo sandía, y lo untable solo manteca y mermelada. El restaurante carisimo, sin variedad en el menú, y no te dan opción a modificar en lo más mínimo los platos (pedimos flan y no pudieron cambiar el dulce de leche por crema, por ej). En la pileta, solo está la misma con una plaza de juegos blanda (lo mejor de todo a nivel instalaciones), pero no hay nada para consumir ahí mismo para la hora de la merienda. Definitivamente, no lo recomendaría.

Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy satisfactoria. Dentro de lo mejor se encuentra el desayuno buffet con bastante variedad de cosas ( fui con miedo luego de leer comentarios) , dejan agua fria y caliente a disposición GRATIS en la recepción, la atención de los empleados, la habitación amplia, la pileta con una gran zona de estar y juegos para niños. Dentro de las cosas a mejorar diría que las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero bastante bien mantenidas. No recomiendo el restaurant, los precios son altos para lo que ofrecen y tardan mucho en servir las cosas ( conste que fui un fin de semana largo y había muchísima gente)
