Iguazú Urban Hotel Express

En apariencia es un hotel aceptable. Llegamos de noche, en medio de una fuerte lluvia. Nos enviaron a un cuarto en el 3er piso. Luego nos hicieron bajar a la planta baja, acarreando nuestro equipaje. Al ingresar a la habitación nos recibió un fuerte olor a humedad. La habitación obviamente no es la misma que con la que publicitan y ofrecen los servicios del hotel. Faltaban toallas, el agua de la ducha caía a curnta gotas. y al rato de instalarnos, la habitación empezó a inundarse con el agua de la lluvia que seguía cayendo. Al pedir un cambio de locación nos informaron que no había más habitaciones disponibles, cosa de la que aún me quedan dudas. En fin, un mal rato para terminar un día agotador, luego del cual uno solo pretende llegar a un lugar medianamente cómodo y con servicios acordes a la tarifa abonada. No lo recomiendo. No volvería

We stayed for 5 days with my daughter, the room was comfortable, it has air conditioning and TV, the beds were high quality box springs as well as sheets, pillows and towels. The bathroom is quite large, also comfortable. The wifi connection was impeccable, the pool was clean, it is small but it is fine for the number of passengers in the hotel, it is worth staying for a while because there is too much to do in Iguazu to be locked up in the hotel. The breakfast is complete and delicious, a 10. The staff, everything, a 10 too, super friendly and willing. And I leave another 10 for cleaning. We had an unbeatable stay.
