Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

No gera foi bom, porém não tinha frigobar no quarto, a piscina um pouco encardida e as hidromassagem que ganhamos de cortesia não tivemos coragem de usar, pois a água não é trocada entre um usuário e outro.
Outro ponto que nos descepcionou muito, foi o fato de terem anotado no nosso consumo um item que não consumimos.
