Do not recommend. Extremely dated property in need of refurbishment. Cabin is a ten min walk away from reception on gravel. Arrive to find windows left open in a tropical climate and AC not turned on. Harsh white lighting. The floor was sticky probably due to the previous guest having checked out and the heat causing condensation from the AC. It was clammy and musty. The towels, sheets pillows are too old and yellowing and the mattress was collapsed on one side. There is no phone in the room to contact any staff either. That’s a serious safety and security issue in times of emergency. For a property their size it appears they are understaffed as well. Our flight was delayed and despite checking in around 0100 we proceeded to check out at 0630 and went to Hotel Grand Crucero across the road. There’s really no excuse as hotels around the area are around the same price and offer amenities and furnishings way better than what we expected. I acknowledge my mistake for not having done more research on the property which is why I did not ask for a refund and checked out immediately after getting some rest.

Even though I booked a standard room they told me tehy only had cabanas which I didn’t mind as I was going to stay for one night, but there was a water leakage in the bathroom, the floor was full of water and wasn’t clean, bed sheets were dirty, there was a hair on the pillow case, At the restaurant I ordered empanadas - chicken was not cooked Only good thing about the place is the staff, they were all really helpful and friendly, My expectation was low but it was way below my expectations I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

Actually, for the price paid, it's pretty ok. If you want something luxurious, this would not be a good option. It's better to pay a little more in another hotel. But if what you're looking for is contact with nature and economy, this cabin is recommended. The cabin is a little neglected, but it makes you feel like you're in a real country house with its small flaws and imperfections. The air conditioning is very noisy, the bathroom handles are broken. The pools are 5/10. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel very good. Going to see the Falls was worth it.

Apart from the Wi-Fi which didn't work, everything else was ok, but the room needed refurbishment as the doors didn't close properly and the furniture was old.

We went to Iguazú for 10 days, the first 6 we stayed in a hotel that was a disaster so we decided to change the last 4 days and the truth is we couldn't choose better, Rainforest has everything right, pool, bar, restaurant, room, amenities , special mention for their employees Valeria and Darvin at reception and Ariel and Tatiana at the bar and restaurant. It has details, like any large structure, but the price-quality ratio is perfect. We will return without hesitation.

The hotel does not match the published photos! Cold pools. Hotel with old and poorly maintained facilities. On New Year's Eve they were carrying out repairs and painting, which meant that we had a strong smell of paint throughout our stay. When we checked in, they put us in a room for 3 people, and we booked a room for 4 people for 3 days. When questioning the error, they told me that they did not have a room available and could TRY to exchange it the next day. In other words, I paid for the stay in advance and when I arrived at the hotel the room was not available. After a lot of fighting at check out, they gave a discount of R$100 for the room. Old bed linen and towels, we didn't know if they were stained or dirty. Weak breakfast. Restaurant food leaves something to be desired. Service from the waiters is good, but the superiors are arrogant and rude. Each receptionist charges a different exchange rate, a guy asked for 120 pesos for the exchange rate, the next morning a girl checked us out for 160 pesos per real. Anyway, I don't recommend it!

We are sorry that it is so neglected since it is a very nice hotel, but it is dazzled by its neglect and does not make you want to stay enjoying the facilities. In the photos on the website everything is very well maintained, however the rooms lack maintenance, the furniture is unpainted, the towels are stained and torn. The pool lacks cleanliness, the water was cloudy and the space surrounding the pool was very untidy (a brush leaning against a tree, a cif lying around, the grass overgrown, the tables and chairs dirty, the bins full of garbage and bugs looking in it, a cherry brass next to the bar, etc...) However, I want to highlight the kindness of the hotel and restaurant staff and the cleanliness of the room. They only needed to disinfect the ants that we had on the bathroom ceiling. Hotel is in a jungle reserve, surrounded by vegetation but it is far from the route or access to public transport so you are forced to hire the private service. The hotel is in terrible condition, without any maintenance in any area, extremely dirty in its common areas. It is the opposite of what you see in the photos. DO NOT GO!
