Everyone was nice in the hotel The communication was rough as nobody spoke English but I managed. :)

It's good value for money, I booked it early, it's $40 a day and the breakfast is quite plentiful, but the air conditioner is quite noisy and blows directly onto the bed, and the owner doesn't speak English.

I thought it was terrible, because all flights on the day of the reservation from Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazu due to the day of NATIONAL PROTEST IN ARGENTINA were canceled so there was no way to get to the city, and the Hotel was not sensitive to this event of canceling the reservation or relocate to another date. Even though I contacted the Hotel and explained the fact several times, they did not take it into consideration, I would never recommend this Hotel. Very poor service.

Very cool space. Good breakfast and very equivalent price. Located in a good place. It's very worth it. Great service.

Simple but very good hotel! only breakfast that I have to reserve

The place has a lot of potential. The pool area is beautiful and the location is very good, the structure is very nice, but there is a lack of basic care that ends up making all the difference. Basic maintenance leaves something to be desired, such as the bathtub that was leaking, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet even if only using the shower. Bed linen with stains as well as face and bath towels. Wi-Fi speed quality leaves a lot to be desired, making it difficult to even send a text message via WhatsApp. At times there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms (bedroom and reception area). Breakfast is very simple (really simple) and with some rules that didn't make much sense and even caused some discomfort, for example, my wife and I couldn't sit at the same table as my mother and stepfather, "because that we were in separate rooms." Cable TV channels were frequently dropping (even when the weather wasn't closed). I enjoyed my stay, but the service could be improved. (I ended up forgetting to take a photo, but the hotel's facade is not the same as the one in the photos in the description).
