We are - we were recurring guests of the hotel, it was our favorite place in Iguazú, we barely had the possibility of making a getaway, it was there where I wanted to go, but unfortunately our last stay was not like that, I am totally surprised and disappointed, we have to inform a mistrea**ent received from the hotel, according to what they indicate in the promo on social networks and what was agreed before traveling, the transfer in/out was included, upon arrival they did pick us up but they did not take us back and they also treated us with spite and mocking tone. The night before our return we agreed on the return time at reception. The next day when we were taking a walk we saw that the flight schedule left later so I sent a message to the hotel rescheduling the departure time, their response was that the cell phone was out of service that we should take another transfer, when they told them I clarify that we had already reserved it and they responded that it was included as long as we take excursions with them, that we agree with who we hired to do the excursion since we were on an excursion with another company (we had not given them details of what we were doing or in where we were), even so, believing on my part that perhaps it was just a confusion, I clarify again that we were guests of the hotel, and that it was just rescheduling the return from 3 to 5 p.m., their response was still for me to take the Remis that we hired to go to Cataras, that they were not going to make the trip for us, that the return service was only available if we took the taxi that they have there at the hotel available, that if we made another trip on our own they did not have the obligation to bring us back, so I took the taxi that we said we would hire separately, when I responded again that I was surprised by their response, that we booked a lodging service, not that we hired a tour agency, that there was nothing to do see what they were telling us, and even if that were the case, they did not tell us before making the reservation to know that we were obliged to take their taxi, their response continued to be in a resentful and mocking tone, saying that the cell phone was hijacked by the police, that they did not have us scheduled as guests, that they did not have our reservation, asking me if they had gone to pick us up at the airport, then it would be good if I confirmed that at 5:00 p.m. we took you and when I asked for confirmation because it was already evident They were teasing us and they told me no, we were in the park trying to enjoy the walk, and they made us go through terrible anguish, not because we had to hire another taxi but because of the hassle and on top of that we had all the bags at reception and worried that when we arrive they will tell us that we did not have any bags. Estuvimos en julio, pagamos por dos adultos y un niño $21000. No incluía desayuno pero sí cena (compartiendo con gente de tour, por lo que la comida era poca; mayormente pastas y alguna ensalada). me cobraron demás la comida y no me reconocen los importes sobrantes. No anda bien el internet del hotel y pasaron tres veces mi tarjeta proviaje y los pagos se acreditaron en su cuenta y les mande los comprobantes pero ellos no negaron

Habíamos reservado el hotel telefónicamente con más de un mes de anticipación y al llegar, después de un largo viaje, nos reciben diciendo que habían cancelado la reserva porque no había depósito previo, siendo un fin de semana largo dónde no hay lugar en ningún hotel. La cuestión fue que al reservar nunca nos pidieron depósito, de todos modos, insistimos en hacerlo para quedarnos tranquilos y nos dijeron que no era necesario nuevamente. No solo sucede esto, sino que además nos trataron de mentirosos, de que no era posible que hayamos hecho la reserva y tampoco nos ofrecieron una disculpa o un translado hacia algún hotel donde podamos conseguir una habitación. Terminamos pagando más del doble una habitación por un hotel que no lo valía ya que no podíamos conseguir otro. Nada recomendable.

Habitaciones con decoración vieja, desgastada y dañada. Cama con un colchón nada confortable. Toallas manchadas y muy ásperas. El restaurante del hotel es muy precario. No ofrecen almuerzos y tienen opciones muy limitadas para cenas. El desayuno NO es continental, ofrecen muy poco y todo dulce. No tienen un buen servicio de televisión por cable. Tuve que lidiar con cucarachas en la habitación
