The room was dirty, the bed sheet were dirty : we asked for replacement of the dirty bed sheets the hotel manager said ok but nothing was done ! It was also very noisy

El hotel está bien situado, a escasos 5 minutos caminando de la terminal de omnibus, y con restaurantes y bares cerca. En cuanto a las habitaciones en un primer momento nos asignan una habitación muy vieja, con los muebles muy viejos y manchados de goterones de pintura. Al reclamar nos cambiaron a una habitación que aunque es más ruidosa si que está limpia. El desayuno, por la relación calidad-precio está bien, la piscina necesita más mantenimiento. En cuanto al hotel en general aunque está siendo renovado necesita urgentemente un repaso a las instalaciones y mayor mantenimiento. Exclusivamente entregan una tarjeta-llave para la habitación, estando 3 personas alojadas, tras la incidencia con la habitación anterior y acreditarme como profesional del turismo accedieron a entregarnos una segunda tarjeta-llave (no es normal no poder salir de la habitación por la noche sin tener que despertar a las otras personas de la habitación o dejarles sin ninguna luz en la habitación).

habitaciones viejas y sucias (en la nuestra había una carcara de mandarina podrida abajo de la mesacdebluz). El desayuno calidad pésima. Internet solo en la planta baja, una vergüenza que no podrán un extensor para que llegue a las habitaciones. No dej**** engañar por las fotos, son de cuando se inauguró

La habitación limpia, tenía las cosas básicas, pero la piscina le falta mantenimiento constante.. el personal que atiende amable menos 1 que tenia respuestas en monosílabos, no podía ayudarnos ni con brindarnos información del lugar, taxi o casa de cambio..

Nice staff. Everything you need. Great location near bus station for falls trip and Brasil street for shopping and cafes. A bit dated and could be cleaner but it works. Staff courteous and pool and patio nice.

Enlisto todo lo malo: 1-No tiene secador de pelo. 2-Si van varias personas te dan solamente 1 tarjeta y con esa tarjeta activas la luz, por lo que nadie puede salir solo. 3-El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y nunca tenes lugar. 4-La ducha anda mal. O sale agua caliente o fría (te quemas o congelas). 5-Es viejo y feo. La TV pantalla plana es un monitor de pc. 6-Te cobran el agua para el mate. 7-El ascensor cierra lento y parece que se va a caer en cualquier momento (hace unos ruidos horribles) Pensamos que era un hotel bueno por lo que te cobran pero es un desastre. Lo unico bueno es el desayuno. Muy completo y rico. No volveria a hospedarme aca nunca.

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, no tuvimos internet nunca. Y lo peor: para poder ingresar, estando ahí, nos pidieron que reservemos por (a través de) una de las aplicaciones, y terminamos pagando en dolares, no era la idea, sino pagar al contado con debito

Fuimos por segunda vez. Cómodo, bien ubicado en la ciudad, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Edificio accesible para usuarios de silla de ruedas. Menú excelente, buffet y platos principales con opciones vegetarianas. Personal muy amable.
