Estadía reconfortante. Limpieza diaria a cargo de Erika, que es bastante detallista. Nos renovaban los toallones todos los días. Te reciben con un desayuno seco de bienvenida. Para tener en cuenta tiene termotanque con lo que llegan a bañ**** dos personas con agua caliente solamente, luego a esperar que vuelva vuelva calentar

Fuimos el fin de semana largo a un encuentro deportivo por lo cual solo volvíamos a la noche. Al segundo día nos dimos cuenta que nos faltaba un equipo. Reclamamos y pudimos ver las cámaras pero con saltos, es decir, no nos mostraron toda la secuencia. Aun estamos esperando respuesta por parte del encargado que siempre "esta de viaje". Lamentable ir, confiar y que te roben. Seguimos esperando que desde el lugar nos ayuden a esclarecer qué paso porque el hecho, según las cámaras, se produjo en el hotel.

Tuve un faltante de un equipo para kitesurf en el Hotel ( en sus càmaras se ve que yo dejo el equipo y luego el equipo "desaparece") y se lavaron las manos. Me mandaron mil archivos de càmara para que revise y nada màs... sugiriendo que mis compañeros de viaje se habian llevado mi equipo. La seguridad del complejo es mala, a la noche el porton de entrada lo abris sin llave y las habitaciones tiene cerradura simple.
